If you like burgers made with quality beef, these are pretty good. If you like strange covers of popular pop songs; Adele but sang instead by a woman exploring the bounds of her vocal range, Maroon 5 but a lady- this is your place! All of this, plus at least one fully working Coke freestyle machine, employees fairly familiar with the menu & computer system, and stamps on your burger buns… bring your kids it’s a good old time.
The cashier Lisa were great!!! Very professional!! Explained the whole entire menu very well!! Ill always return ! Food were great for first experience ☺️☺️
Burgers were pretty good (bacon burger and CEO), but not quite worth the price. Onion ring batter was awesome, but the onions weren't cooked all the way, they were just barely translucent. The frozen custard shakes were awesome and definitely worth the price though!Staff was friendly and got our food to us quickly. The main reason I gave a 3 star is for the price, the burgers are not quite worth the price. Tasty, but 5 Guys is comparable for less $$$.
My wife and I stopped here after doing some hiking in Cuyahoga. The food was great, but the service was better. The gentleman who took our order was extremely helpful and very friendly. I wish I had gotten his name to give him props. If we are ever in the area again, we will most definitely be stopping here again. Great job guys!
Burgers were good but not exceptional. Ff were good, onion rings terribly thick. Nothin healthy. Place was not clean. Ketchup dispenser empty. Don't think we will be back. 5 guys is my burger choice
My wife likes it more than I do, I could live without it. Best thing is they have Truth on tap. Nice on a hot day. Prices are a little high for what you get.
Tried to visit at 11:40am on Sunday June 5th but the place was closed with no one visible inside. Hours on Google and on the door indicated it should have been open at 11am. I have no idea if they opened on Sunday at all. Went back Monday for lunch. Conflicted Burger was delicious but the large fry seems to have been downsized and they were pretty floppy and undercooked. Also, due to "supply chain issues" you can't get a cup of water? ?
Really good burgers fries and shakes would highly recommend definitely worth stopping in especially if you live in an area where you don’t have a BurgerFi.
Good food but a little expensive. But worth every stinkin penny. Been here twice already and need to go back. Great service, great staff. Clean and spacious.
My boyfriend and I came here for a vegan burger for lent. The bun was so soft and cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious, one of the best veggie burgers I’ve had in a long time. Their fries are super crispy and taste really good with the Parmesan aioli sauce. Highly recommend if you want a good veggie burger!
