Apparently this location does not care for having customers. I just watch for about 10 minutes, all 5 people working in this location straight up ignore me. Two of the indivuald saw customers waiting and deliverstely ignored us all by trying to do every task they could think of outside of actually say anything to us. I understand being busy, and I am totally fine with slow service, but at least give us a "I'll be with you in a minute" or something to make it feel like we actually exist in your restaurant. Simple customer service isn't difficult, but instead we walked out and won't be returning to this location, unless someone decides to teach some basic training with their staff.
I ordered a whole caesar salad and a French bread, while my wife ordered a half sandwich and half salad. I didn't get my bread, and my salad portion and my wife's salad portion looked to be the same size. Disappointing. The food at least tasted alright.

Post referring a friend to ZOUPAS NOT ZOUP! Although staff was pleasant, food doesn’t compare to ((((. CAFE ZOUPAS ))))) Both are located at EASTON. Very different experience.
Service was very slow. Fifteen minutes for soup, mac and cheese and a sandwich. There were two tables (three people) eating when we came in. there were two couples waiting to order. Ordering was slow but not necessarily the cashier's fault. However, we had to repeat our order three times before he got it right. When the food was delivered, the soup was lukewarm at best. The top of the mac and cheese was also tepid indicating it has sat for a bit. The bread on the sandwich felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator it was so cold. There were at least four people working. So, very slow service, poor food. Would never recommend.
Older male employee kept asking me if I wanted cheese, sour cream etc on my soup (not mentioning that I would pay extra for each item). When I got to the register he had added upwards of $3 to my soup. Food was great, this service was not.
My daughter was not feeling well. Drove around looking for Panera and couldn't find it. Stopped at Zoup! They have the best food and the customer service was excellent. I was served by John and Cody. They are awesome We will definitely return❣
