So good. Staff is super helpful. You can taste soups before purchasing. Wish we had one of these in Tampa.
Decided to eat dinner here while on a business trip out of town because it was within walking distance from my hotel. I was skeptical at first because there was only one other person in the restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff working that night were fantastic, quick, and friendly.I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and the lobster bisque soup. I'd get them again. Cost me about 12-1/2 bucks and was the right amount of food to satisfy my hunger.

First time having zoup and I am really impressed. We got the Thai chicken soup and it was filled with flavor. The two people working had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time ! Will definitely come back!
Amazing place. Great soups and sandwiches.
Really overpriced for portions esp the sandwich compared to Panera. Organic is good but only do it if the flavor works. Some of the soups are cool ideas but not well executed. Atmosphere either needs better lighting or dynamic features. Feels heavy and poorly lit. Overall too pricey for what it offers.
Overpriced for what you get. Food is just okay. I got a salad and half a sandwich. The salad was small, and poorly put together. The sandwich was even smaller, with one slice of tomato, a small piece of bacon, and one single slice of turkey, served on bread, that you need an iron jaw to chew through. Actually gave me a headache trying to eat this sandwich, because I had to chew so much.
