Well I don’t think I’ll ever be visiting nor ordering from the Zoup locations in Columbus ever again. It’s always an inconvenience whenever I call the district manager to place an order, even when she gave me her number herself. And it seems the company doesn’t want my money anymore ?♂️ I will miss ordering and eating there, but I can’t have a business experience like this ever again…
Service is amazing and hope management sees that. Staff are kind and friendly - makes a big difference!

Soup is great, staff is extremely friendly. A great value. Glad to see there is a Zoup still open, sad the one in Cincinnati closed. Would recommend and will return.
I thought the food was great and had no issues with quality or quantity. It was exactly what I needed on a cold, rainy Columbus Day.
Ordered for a business lunch and those who got the "Full" size salads were all disappointed at how pathetic the portion was. 1 serving of chicken was spread across 3 salads it seemed like. For $10/each this was a rip off. Will not order from here again.
Amazing soup and sandwiches! Great game day dinner location. Super friendly staff! We were welcomed upon entering! Sample any soup before you buy! I was nourished by the grilled cheese dipper and ginger butternut squash soup and my handsome husband enjoyed the Santa Fe chicken Chile and the southwest Turkey sandwich. Will come again when in Columbus next time!! Thank you!!We came in at 5pm before a 7pm game and just beat the rush.
My husband and I visited for some soup and sandwich after we were in the Veteran's Parade. It was delicious and we will definately be back!! Thank you for your good food and friendly service!!
