If you've never had a White Castle, there isn't anything like it.When they make movies about White Castle, that should tell you.... How delicious they really are.
I want to share of my experience with a young man that works here his name is Jose he was such a pleasant young man. Helped me with a door dash order I was trying to pick up the drive thru line was so backed up due to inside being closed for short staffing when I called the restaurant to get help with my customers order he was so helpful and did it all with a smile . This is true meaning of customer obsessed . Great job young man . I definitely will go back to this location with Jose being there . ?
The slowest drive-thru known to man. My wife went to pick up some sliders for dinner and I called to make sure she was okay because it was taking so long. They didn't put any pickles on the 1921 Sliders we ordered.
Service was ok but the food was great and hey... that I'd the whole reason why we visit these establishment after all right!
I wanted a 1921 burger and found out it was better then the Sliders of today. It was tasty and delightful to eat.
I was 8th car in line at the drive thru at 1:47 am at 2:26 am I reached the front at 2:33 am I was able to give my order an uber pick up now I know lots of white castle managers and beyond I'm sure this isn't acceptable to any of them nor the customer however by reading previous reviews I see this is the most common problem with this store it has yet to be fixed

Order food at 3:15 am it was hot, fresh and fast. I recommend anytime of day. Good job whoever works here!!!
Usually get breakfast. It's hit and miss. Sometimes toast is burnt other times it's spot on. Crew is awesome.
The drive thru too way too long and the food wasn't great. Usually are hot and fresh but this was not the case this go around. I don't think we will return to this location.
