Good customer service, great food and good prices.Food was fast and fresh. Store was clean and well lit.
I miss White Castle in Cleveland. It was a joy to drive through and pick up food here. Everything was hot and fresh. Thank you.
I'm from Cleveland, and we haven't had a White Castle for several years now. So I was THRILLED to see a White Castle up and running while on a trip to Columbus. I was saddened however to find the place looking like an utter warzone inside. Where I would normally give 1 or 2 stars because of how slow the service was, I understand the whole world is understaffed right now. But between running out of food and the place looking less-than-appetizing to eat at... maybe it's best to let this one go.
Decent service and inexpensive food. Also, if you haven't tried the 1921 burger, do so. Better than Wendy's or McDonald's small burgers.
The last four times I went in there the staff was really friendly. My food was done right and very fast. Maybe I was lucky but every time I've been in the last 4 or 5 trips there was no wait or a lot of customers
It looks old and run down on the inside. The buns were very hard. Just not the taste of White Castle there. Maybe get better food next time.
It's a pretty decent restaurant that have pretty decent workers but the only problem is they either have a listening problem are they can't count but other than that they can do better!

They didn't have clam strips or another item I wanted. The line was short but took forever... The fries were gross... But the sliders were great.
I normally like this WC, but tonight, really rather disappointed. Ordered 6 regular Joe sliders and 6 smokey Joe sliders, and all 12 looked like the slider pictured. I've had then in the past and there's normally way more actual substance, I might as well have just gotten the buns with some bbq sauce. I am really just hoping this is a one time thing. Still love ya WC, but step it back up.
