I've worked at and been to better alleys. Started off finding a ball to fit was difficult. Had to finally just settle in one and try to make the best of it. The lane we were on was extremely oily. Unless you bowled with a straight ball with some speed on it your ball would ever off to the side or into the gutter. Lane seemed to have a tracking issue every 3 or 4 frames. A pin would either disappear or fall. Lane etiquette did not exist. People on the lane next to us were constantly jumping up while we were on the lane. Seems like the concession prices jumped up since the last time we were there. So we decided order a pizza and pick it up on the way home.Overall Wayne Webb's isn't my choice Alley in the Columbus area. If you've got plenty of money and can deal with all the other issues you might have a good time. However remember there are plenty of other houses out there so keep and open mind on chosing where to bowl.
#1 Pro Shop!!!! Excellent customer service, and quality products. Hot food and drinks available plus vending machines for your convenience. Friendly service with a smile. A fun atmosphere for all ages. A must visit! Thank you Dustin Thomas for all your help. We will be back soon.
Very disappointed in this place. When we first arrived they told us it would be about 45 minutes. I get that, it’s a Friday night and kind of busy so we wait an hour then we go back up to see how much longer then they tell us it will be another 45 minutes to an hour. (It’s just the 2 of us and my little cousin that is 6yrs old and her first time going bowling) so we wait the next 45 minutes that they added onto it. So already after all that I was irritated. The actual bowling itself was great! But the pizza is near $20 and it was so greasy and tasted awful. (I am not a picky person) I’ve had gas station pizzas better than that. Pop machines cost $2 even for bottled water. Just ridiculous.
Went to watch my brother bowl and I heard was about over priced food and how they don't keep up on maintenance of bowling alleys,it broke down twice when I was there.
We were there 1/21/22, Thanks for helping our family honor a loved one on the day we laid her to rest. Service was above and beyond! Thanks for helping us observe a moment of silence for the one who taught us all what fun bowling could be. She was not only a bowler for years at "Rainbow," but also an employee. You guys were not aware of who she was and you helped us in every way that you could. Thank you!
Place flat out rocks! Hope bowling never dies! Employees all work well together and seem to enjoy it, very important for customer service
I’ve been bowling at this place for several years!! I absolutely love bowling here and Wayne and Elaine their staff treat all their customers like family. So if you want a great bowling alley to bowl at bowl here at Wayne Webb’s!!

This place is for serious bowlers. Very nice and safe atmosphere. Very helpful bowlers that might give you a tip if you are struggling. Exceptional pro shop drilling and adjusting balls.
We take our individuals there. The staff is great, always have the gutter guards up and individuals love the staff and love coming here and have fun. Great place to have fun!!!
