Walked in and was immediately greeted but not given any direction on where/when I could sit down. I looked at the guy who greeted me and pointed to an empty, clean table with silverware and place mats laid out and he nodded. Didn’t think this could be a clearer indication that the table was available but one of the servers started screaming at me saying that the table hadn’t been cleaned and I couldn’t sit there. I understand that not every restaurant is “seat yourself” but normally if I walk into a waffle house and wait around for instructions I start getting weird looks from the staff. If you guys have a way you want this to work, maybe put up some signs? Servers popping off because they’re frustrated by a customer’s reasonable confusion does not strike me as a solution.
I went in the day before Easter and there were a group of 6 workers outside smoking and 3 inside. They said they were closed and were laughing at us. Went by on Easter and they were open. The third time this year I went by and they were closed even though they were fully staffed. I've been in there when there was only 1 worker working and they stayed open.
My 10-year-old and I went in to get some lunch after working. The wait staff and food were on point. As we sat there having fun with the wait staff and cook sitting at the front counter, my son even told them how much fun and how good they were. If we are back in that area we will be returning gratefully.
I love waffle house and this one did not upset. All except they close really early.
We’re Canadian tourists in town visiting a friend and while waiting for an appointment decided to have our first Waffle House experience at this location. Even though we showed up on a busy day, Bree went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Every request we made was received with warmth and we could tell she was someone who was willing to go the mile to help you out!Thank you team, we loved the food!
Quick. Friendly. Good. Not very knowledgeable of the area. I was traveling through looking for things to do. Not their fault and probably why they don't work in the travel industry.
Never had eggs thrown on me by a manger. Oh yea that’s how we treat our veterans..
This place is managed extremely poorly. The manager wouldn’t speak to us and they were fighting with their coworkers. I do not recommend going here, not family friendly. They wouldn’t prepare any orders. I reported them to corporate.
The only place that doesn't seem to be affected by Covid, feels like being back home. The cooks and staff are so helpful and loud, really does feel like being home with the family!
I had a great experience at the Waffle House. I walked in and was greeted in a very welcoming manner, making me feel home and welcome.Sheniqua, the manager is especially friendly and all her staff seems to follow her lead. The breakfast was a good deal and very delicious. It is not a high class place if you're looking for that but if you looking for an old fashioned, quick breakfast that will fill you up, this is the place for you.
