We love visiting small, privately owned coffee shops during our travels and this one was a nice little find. I generally get a mocha when visiting a new shop...if they can't get a mocha right then they aren't worth a re-visit. The mocha and the carmel latte were pretty good...not the best...but enough to convince me to come back in the future. Staff was inviting and friendly, exactly what I expect in a shop like this.
I stopped in to sit and take some notes and think for a little while, and I quickly got a cup of coffee at an under market price, after having my nerdy questions about the coffee answered by the cordial host at the register. It was a drip coffee from Rwanda, and it was perfectly roasted and brewed. The place was steady and full of conversation, but it was not noisy or distracting. I enjoyed my coffee to the last drip, but I had to run out before I got to order an Ethiopian pour over. I guess I’ll have to go back for another cup. Next time I’ll include pics
I really enjoy there coffee and it’s a great price. My only wish is they had a way for faster pick up but honestly it’s a coffee I enjoy and will wait for.
Stopped here after work for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Really cool vibe inside and coffee was very good. I woulda taken a photo but I drank it too fast! The breakfast sandwich was pretty good too- jalapeños and onions chopped up and whisked into the eggs are a nice touch. I might have to make this a routine every week.
It's always a great experience at Upper Cup! Whether you're having a cup of coffee, tea, sandwich, or those yummy cro-nuts, you're sure to be pleased. One of my favorites is the grilled PB & J, but I can only eat one like 1x a year haha.
Good staff and coffee. Great place if you want to listen to their playlist, but music so loud and consistent banging with cups would not allow for work or a conversation. Could be a relaxing atmosphere if the noise subdued.
Incredible vibes! Got a chai and it was wonderful. Prices are fantastic and service is wonderful
Not a fan. Drink tasted like water down milk. I also paid for almond milk and pretty sure they gave me regular milk. very slow. Not sure how they handle it when they are busy or during the morning rush. The staff was nice
