First time trying out this place blindly and I would say it was worth the trip, thank you for your delivery and clean environment for consumers and customers alike.you getting my 5 stars any time, any day

At first from walking in, you are greeted with dirty looks. The smoothies were so plain, the chicken in the buffalo chicken wrap was so nasty, and drowned in buffalo sauce. This was my first, and last time here.

Great quick bites and smoothies. Loved the acai berry boost is one of the best smoothies to boost up your brain and energy. Refreshing one. Also, the avocado chicken sandwich was delicious. Friendly staff.

Very clean facility but some of the employees don’t listen to customer orders very well. I asked for an edible straw and the employee repeated it back to but proceeded to tell me I didn’t order one.

For a location that serves food to have such a dirty bathroom (men's) makes me question any commitment to cleanliness in the kitchen.Don't tell me this bathroom had been cleaned within the last 24 hours.GROSS.

I'm highly upset with this location. I ordered (3) smoothies (2) strawberry straws and( 3) all American wraps. I only received 2 out of 3 smoothies, no edible straws then they had the nerve to attach a receipt the obvious didn't read. the one star is for the wraps because they were really good. Teach your employees how important it is to get orders right as this really upset my co-worker they didn't get a smoothie. National code: 715

I’ve been going to tropical smoothie for years in Florida. I’ve been to the tropical smoothie in Easton a hand full of times. This time I ordered my usual detox island green smoothie it tasted more bitter and bland than usual as if it was missing ingredients or as if it had been blended with mostly ice. I may consider going to a different location if it happens again

Ordered using their website back on December 20th. Waited 2 hours for delivery and then called. Was told by an associate that they would have my delivery to me within an hour. 90 mins later, received an email saying my order was cancelled. I’ve called customer service 4 times, it’s been over a month, and I’ve still not been refunded. Corporate says the GM/owner of this store has to process my refund and they are “just dragging their feet.” My order was over $50. I will NEVER visit this store or order from them again.
