I’ve come to this location for years. The service has gone done hill. Definitely understaffed. I asked for blueberry donuts and I was told they don’t sell those there, even though I’ve ordered them many times before. The dining area is still closed because they don’t have enough staff. I would say try another location, but the few locations around are in the same predicament. I really like the donuts and the iced capps though. They also close decently early - I can’t get my occasional evening iced capps anymore.

Stopped in the drive thru here on our way to a birthday party. It was Saturday at 12:45pm.A sign on the speaker said due to staff issues they would be closing at 2pm. We ordered a medium ice coffee with cream."Please pull around."We get to the window and are told "$2.40"I hand the guy the three one dollar bills. After a moment I am handed my coffee and a straw.I ask for my change and receive a blank stare."I handed you three dollars. Do you not have change?""No. We don't."I said ok and left. I'm not arguing over 60 cents.For two quarters and a dime you get one star, this review, and a customer who will tell everyone they know that this location should be avoided.

For about a year now this location does not open at 5:00 a.m.. despite their posted operating hours. Today I gave them another shot, as I waited for a response I honked my horn just in case they hadn't turned their mics on yet. As it turned out the employee went outside the building on the other side so as not to be seen inside the building when I drove around. That tells me this is a precognitive decision. With intent to neglect duties. I used to wake up Saturday morning and take my kids to this location we'd get donuts and have breakfast I'd have my coffee and then we'd go exploring in Walhalla before we went home. The quality of this location is fallen so much that I would rather drive all the way to campus to get my coffee. Every other transaction with them is either missing an item or isn't made to order. The employees that work there no longer have a sense of duty. But maybe it's just because I'm not coming during lunch hours who knows I have a job so that's what you got one way or another they no longer have my business.

This location is consistently terrible. I started ordering just plain black coffee and putting the creamer in myself because apparently ordering "large coffee with 2 cream" was too complicated for them to get right. Bagels are usually stale. They won't even put the cream cheese on the bagel - they give you a squeezable packet of cream cheese to apply yourself. They won't include a cup sleeve or napkins unless you ask them. It's too expensive to get such poor service and food quality. Just a poorly run operation.

Absolute worst location. All staff members are rude and the line moves incredibly slowly. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

I went there with my boyfriend and got two coffee. His coffee order was way too sweet and my coffee left a bad taste in my mouth after. The service wasn't all too friendly and just didnt seem to care about giving good service.

We love this TH. Super kind staff and fastest drive through! We go every Friday morning (drive through) with our kids.

They don’t pick up the phone. They don’t give you your order correctly. They can’t update their drive-through menus. They can not hire competent people here and it shows.

This place is always closed or might as well be. Never have what I'm asking for or just plain out ignore you.

Just sat in the drive-through for over five minutes until I pulled up to the window and saw a kid on his phone with his back to the outside. I dropped some mail off across the parking lot came back kid was gone and still no one at the speaker. this is not the first time recently that I’ve had issues here. I’ll never be coming back to this location.
