Friendly, hardworking team members!

I had avoided this location for a long while due to an incident where they triple charged me. For an order of about $10 worth of items, I was charged $30. They never give receipts at this location, so if they overcharge, you have no way of disputing it. Today I thought I'd give them another chance since it's been a couple of years. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and when I got to the window, I was handed one sandwich. I told the cashier that I'd asked for two and wanted two. She said she'd get me another one, but wanted me to pay full price for both, refusing to honor the 2 for 5 price, despite their error and inability to listen to my order properly. I'm done with this location. Seems they'll never change.

For the second day in a row I have stopped here and have been given NOT what I ordered. I guess I will not be eating from this location anymore. It looks like I am not the only one having these same issues with the morning team.

This place rates much better than the Dublin Road location, which is more often understaffed and less likely to get one through the line as quickly as the more experienced crew on Olentangy River Road and King Ave.

First, I’d like to include some relevant details. I’m a 31 year old bearded father. This poor experience began at the drive through speaker. The employee asked me what I would like and then blatantly ignored me. After repeating myself, I get to the window and am given 2 bagels, 2 tubes of cream cheese, 1 knife and the bag it came in.As a Dad, things are inherently busy. If I go to a fast food establishment, I expect just that. At this Tim Hortons, you have to cream cheese your own bagel. Which at first doesn’t sound like that big of a deal, but when expecting to grab and go this can be an inconvenience worth avoiding. So I found myself thinking through this decision. Was this a lazy employee trying to make their job easier? No, the cream cheese was in a tube, it had to be a decision coming from the franchisee. What could their rationale be, Covid? That seems silly, but let’s assume Covid takes the fall for Tim’s latest inconvenience. Why only 1 knife for 2 peoples bagels? As I mentioned earlier, I have a beard. If you have ever had long facial hair you know that a napkin is a vital part of any meal. Turns out Tim has been clean shaven his entire life.Tim expects flawless cream cheese application (2 bagels, 1 knife) and consumption with out a napkin. Maybe because he shaves daily and rarely requires a towel.Well Tim, these expectations are pretty high. Unlike expecting your cream cheese to already be applied and a having a napkin to wipe my face. Next time I want to spread my own cream cheese, I’ll do it in the comforts of my kitchen instead of my car.

This location’s workers are an embarrassment to the Timmy Ho’s name. These lazy workers do not have the ability to apply cream cheese to a bagel. So instead, they drop a Philly cream cheese in your bag with a knife and make you do the work. When you confront them (this has happened a couple times), they will say the store policy is to not do that. Every other Timmy’s in North America apparently didn’t get that memo. I’ve learned my lesson at this location. There’s a new Dunkin nearby, maybe they have the skill sets to own up to a 10$/hr job.

No sesame bagels. Begals we're more bread then chewy bagel. Begals should be chewy. If I wanted toasted bread I could have stayed home.

Store manager is the most disrespectful Lady . It's a shame they take out there bad days on costumers and others. Store must train there employees better.

Horrible customer service and over charging for food not ordered. Worst Timmy's in Columbus! Retraining is needed at this store. When I place an order for specific items, I expect to receive those items. I do not want to be upgraded to a meal, I do not want EXTRA food to throw away, nor do I want to argue with the manager about it. Not an isolated incident. I am done with this store. I recommend that customers steer away from this store and try another one for a better experience.

This location is going down hill. Half the time the don't underatand me or listen. I went through the drive thru today and was highly disappointed.About a week ago I went through to get a vanilla iced coffee and asked for extra vanilla and my iced coffee was bitter.
