Really this is negative 5 stars. This location is the worst to be near downtown. They never have anything available thats on the menu. You cant go inside to order but this location is so ghetto they take walkers through their drive thru. People only come here because it is close to their work location. This location really needs an upgrade. Food is old and disgusting. Half of the time they dont even have the liquids you order. Just sad.
The place off E Broad st in Blacklick has good food But the Drive Thru service is TERRIBLE!!! The closest Tim Horton to work and at least 2 -3 times a week, my order is Wrong! ordered coffee and no Cream in it! ordered Turkey Club Sandwitch and NO turkey on sandwitch! As much as we like their food and drinks, there is Not one Tim Horton close by that we can go to. So we will not stop at any Tim Horton in Blacklick nor Reynoldsburg!! sorry but very disappointing. Apparently they need better managers who can watch and train better employees! If you order a donut, you get it without a napkin! No common sense with some.
The food is good the service is beyond disgusting... I was rushed to take my order.. the person who handed my my food turned her back to the window and pretended she couldn't hear me when I tried to ask her for something that was missing in our order I ended up just leaving without it. She was more worried about the gossip with her co workers than the customer cussing at the window... Not really fully engaging with me as a customer.... But what do you expect these days... Just set your bar low for this location
Restaurant is a Door Dash partner and refused to make the order. Work staff was rude like i was a homeless person asking for a cup of coffee. Customer paid for order. I wasted time. They need to do their job. Crew worked Sunday 1/30/22 9:30am
The service use to be great at this location. Not sure but I’m guessing because they have new staff the service has go e downhill. I come to pick up my Order and no one answers the drive thru. Like they pick and choose when they want to answer. They didn’t have something I wanted that was already paid for through the app, asked for a substitution which has never been a problem I. The past, now I was just told to contact the app for a refund instead of offering anything else. The employees there now act as of the have an attitude. Just pitiful service
This is generally a bad Tim Hortons. Pros: sometimes they listen and use light cream when you ask.Cons: 8:45am out of everything bagels, and somehow down to onion or strawberry cream cheeses only. Past trips - they don’t like bags here, I’ve been handed a wrapped bagel without a bag or napkins. Sometimes they like bags, but not wrappers - I’ve had Timbits thrown into a bag, again, no napkins.This place is embarrassing.I’m not sure if it’s the day to day management that lets this place suffer or if it’s some evil Timmy Ho god that has simply smites this location.ETA: on 12/18 1pm they were only serving drinks. This place is the worst.ETA: on 1/12 at 10:45am they are closed - sign needs to be on the drive-thru board not the cashiers window. This location sucks.
Staff was friendly. Coffee was hot and fresh. Unfortunately, they were short staffed. I was told my curbside pick up order would be ready in 15 minutes but it wasn't, it was closer to 25 minutes. My order included two Coffee Take 12 which did not include the stir sticks. I did not discover the stir sticks were missing until after I arrived at the training site, leaving me scrambling for a substitute stirring utensil for the training course attendees who added cream and sweetener to their coffee. I would support this particular Tim Hortons location again, but I will check my order BEFORE driving away.

This is my third time hitting this location and they are VERY slow… and while getting the order right, having to repeat myself multiple times.
