I had ordered on the store app for my bacon egg and cheese on a croissant I ordered 5 of them and they wait till my husband got to the store and told him they no longer serve breakfast after 1 pm. They gave us the run around talking they would give us a refund and free stuff but they didn’t give us anything. I had to called the system for they can help me cause they store was no help at all.
I enjoy coming here they just need more honey dip donuts made in the morning to last throughout the dayyy
I have never seen a morning crew so awake and excited. They somehow managed to make the 6am breakfast run enjoyable. I swear I don't even need to order coffe. The morning crew is like a shot of espresso ❤️
Worse experience ever. Ordered a coffee, bagel and a donut. Their espresso machine was down but they responded rudely with attitude and didn’t give you few seconds to think what else you want. Then they threw your donut at the bottle of the bag like this. Never come to this place again.
Iam wondering why the owner keep the old black man working here!! he is making this location horrible( he is very rude and never give me the right order). Even worse, the new employees start acting just like him.
This is my FAVORITE tim hortons. Everyone is so friendly, and the food is perfect. I drive past 2 other locations to come to this one because of how amazing they are. I go so much that they know my voice and my order when I pull up to order ??♀️
I didn't know I needed to be called lovely at 5:30 in the morning but here we are. The coffee was immaculate, freshest donut I've ever had. Great customer service.
Lobby wasn't opened only drive thru. and the started it was because of short staffing. 4 people we're working. I was there the day before and lobby was opened with only 2 people working. They refused to allow me to walk through the drive-thru (I'm in a wheelchair) but as I waited at bus stop I proceeded to watch 2 other people walk through and get served!! Very poor customer service!!
Every time I go in the store I'm greeted by one of the workers, hey have very good work ethic keep up the good job, I have no problems with my food.
Went through drive thru today around 11 something AM. An older black man was taking orders and had horrible customer service. He keep asking me if I wanted anything else after each item. Mind you, I don't order from there much. He then proceeded to give me my total when I wasn't finished, then asked the same thing. On top of it sounding like he was talking to somebody else in the background. Please get him off speaker. You can't rush people off like that! I won't be coming back.
