There order is always wrong everytime if you order delivery. This is the worst location. This time ordered a multi pack of timbits and they are all the same.
Never gets your order right and when I went back inside last time to have my iced coffee corrected the manager actually had a attitude about it not to mention the guy in front of me also was having his coffee redone.
Everytime I order online they cancel the order. Doesnt matter what time of day I get a driver to go down there and they cancel it everytime. What is the point of having delivery when you never accept orders?
This is the only Time Hortons I will ever go to. It's the only one I've been to in my surrounding area that actually greets the customers and have real customer service.
The girl at the drive thru was so incredibly rude to me, didnt even smile, handed me my food super fast in a way that was like "hurry up and get the hell out of my drive-thru" and im not even exaggerating. Ive worked at a coffee/donut shop before and being nice to customers is the #1 most important thing to do. It can set the entire tone for that day and people seem to forget the struggles others go through, kindness can go such a long way.
Came and ordered the same drink three different times, the drink never tasted the same. No consistency.
I go here all the time the employees are usually nice but i like the French vanilla and 8 out of 10 times it's watered down and wondering if they can fix it because if not im just going to go to the tims on main st
I tried to call to report this but I'm not getting anywhere. I purchased a grilled cheese combo from this Tim hortons with a sprite and when I get home I open the bag and the grilled cheese is literally just thrown into the bag then the napkins and the potato chips I thought the grilled cheese should be in a sleeve I've never had it like this before. But I can't imagine a sandwich just being thrown in a bag.
