We walked into the business in the middle of the day, stood at the cash register long enough to decide on our order only to have the manager abruptly and rudely announce that the dining room was closed. She did the same thing to someone who entered 30 seconds after us. (I stayed to use the restroom, which at least was clean.)Lock the doors if you’re closed and be polite. We won’t be back to Tim Horton’s, here or elsewhere.

They did not have the iced capp. The person taking the drive thru orders was abrupt. After each item he asked if that was all. Even though I had more to order he rushed me. When I tried to tell him, he said to pull around to the window. At the window, I told them I didn't order everything. They said that I could not make changes to the order.

Drivethru line was into the street so I parked and went in. After waiting a few moments a woman came out from the back and said, "Just so you know, it's going to be 15 minutes before we get to you." I was surprised but said "Ok" Another woman, across the kitchen from me, barked and said, "We're just really really really really short staffed." Again, I just said "ok". I told the couple of people who came in behind me that information and the first two left. The third stayed. Then the first woman told him "It's going to be half an hour before we get to you." So I piped up and said "Half an hour? Five minutes ago it was 15 mintues. You're waiting on the people at the window with no wait at all. I came inside because I COULDN'T get in line, it was out into the street." The woman across the kitchen lost her marbles at that point and started barking at me (she wasn't screaming, but she was clearly irate) "JUST STOP TALKING!!! DON'T TALK TO ME!! DO YOU WANT TO DO THIS? YOU COME BACK HERE AND RUN EVERYTHING YOURSELF. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE A BAKER!!! I'M JUST GOING TO QUIT. JUST SHUT UP!" The drivethru window was open and I thought the guy outside in his car was going to have a heart attack as he listened to her carrying on. I had just clicked "send" on an online order so I stood there a few more moments and a nice man who had been taking drive thru orders came over and very softly said "I'm sorry. What can I get you?" as he pulled online order tickets from the printer. I said, "It's right there in your hand, I placed the order online." He said "I'm very sorry" again and quickly handed me my food. I simply said, "That was absolutely uncalled for" he said "Yes, I'm so sorry" and I left. I get that the restaurant industry is short staffed, but there was NO reason to talk to me that way. "SHUT UP AND STOP TALKING"? I have worked in the service industry (including at Tim Horton's) for 25 years. Never have I ever seen anything so atrocious directed at a customer.

Out of town guest and needed to make a quick stop for breakfast. Poor service, poor communication , no Napkins, no Condiments. Would not recommend!

Prices are going up and now they don't even put the cream cheese on your bagel so I don't know

So upset that the Boston cream was stale this morning at 7:20am. No way fresh! the baker comes in at 3am to start on them. So its obvious they left it on a tray over night. Just laziness and not wanting to count it as waste. Should of counted as waste last night now they get a bad review which is worse. Horrible

Lady was so rude when asking questions! As someone who has been a GM that is not how you treat customers! Just need to be more mindful and respectful. Never know who can be coming through your drive through moving forward!

I drive away from here always wondering if they hate their job so much why do they work here. I must say that my coffee is always perfect but you come to the window they don't say thank you they don't say have a nice day , they barely even look at you! they are the rudest Tim Hortons around! I have yet to find a Tim Hortons where the people are nice and your orderis always correct.

I usually love Tim Hortons but this one was a little disappointing. The coffee was great but my sandwich was barely warm, the cheese wasn't even melting

We ordered a bagel with cream cheese on side. Both the bagels came out burnt. I showed them to the staff and the answer was, “if you want it toasted that’s how they come or get them not toasted because we have a new toaster.” I can’t believe that corporate/franchisor would approve a toaster that burns bagels. Staff couldn’t do anything about it but offer us a refund. Do not go to Tim Horton if you like your bagels toasted but not burnt
