I really enjoyed my time here . The food was excellent. The drinks were good and we got great service. I would definitely recommend The Walrus for a night out for food and drinks. I'll definitely be back because I love the Walrus fries 🍟.

Great food and excellent service! We will be back!

Everything was wonderful. First time there. Got to sit just inside the window on a beautiful night. Prompt service, and excellent food and drinks. Will definitely be coming back!!!

SERVER WAS AMAZING! We will be back, food was also great.

My food was excellent.. The rest of the parties food was blah.

Candied bacon grilled cheese, a must try!

We made a reservation for before a big comedy show knowing downtown would be busy. When we arrived, about 5 minutes before our reservation time, we were told it would be at least 20 minutes before a table opened up. We were offered a table "next to the pool table", which we accepted because we had a show to get to. The table was shoved in a corner and the trim around the edge was hanging off. It was so close to the table next to it that we could hardly hear ourselves talk. We ordered our drinks and the wrong beer was brought out. It was corrected. When the second round of drinks were ordered, the wrong beer was brought to my husband. The short rib sliders were so dry that the meat was tough. The flavor was decent. We had heard SO many good things about this place and were so disappointed that our experience was so negative. We are unlikely to return given there are plenty of options nearby.

I had really mixed feelings about this place. I came in on a recommendation from the host I am renting from. We were immediately told that there were no tables available without a reservation because they were full. After noticing the bar wasn’t the most comfortable option, I used open table to check how long the wait for a table would be. It had plenty of spots available, so I booked the 6:15p reservation at 6:07p then proceeded to show the hostess. At this point, she was able to magically find us a table, and we sat for dinner. The waitress was great, and the food was excellent and tasty. We ended up getting two apps and an entree, and several drinks. Though the end of service was nice, I still left the restaurant with a bad taste in my mouth.

This was my first visit there. Sat just inside at a high table. Wait staff very attentive and friendly. The drinks were good. I ordered the chicken salad croissant with sweet potato fries. The fries were fantastic and the dipping sauce yummy. The chicken salad was not to my liking. A little too heavy. It was ample in size, for sure. My companion got the cheeseburger, sans the cheese and loved it. I will definitely try it again.

Stopped to have a bite before going to see Wicked. Personally thought it was too loud. The music was blasting and people were then talking above it to one another. Gotta find that balance where it’s enjoyable for everywhere.
