We were in town for a quick trip and had a wonderful stay at Hotel LeVeque but was extremely disappointed by the restaurant. This hotel was above average while this restaurant is sub par. Our food was bland, the ambiance was poor, decor was incomplete and the service was fine, not exceptional.
Wonderful server named Sanji made our breakfast and started our day off great. Sincerely, an overwhelmed father with two toddlers. :-)
We love this place. It was restaurant week and we wanted to try it. Salad was a little wilted this time. Everything else was great.
Very enjoyable evening. Our server was spot on and great. Thanks for a great time.
It has an open kitchen and the chef was cursing to other employees and we can hear him. Very uncomfortable. Food is okay.
The food was good but not somewhere I would be remembering to go back to. We had the market fish of the day and it didn't have any flavor other than the char from the grill marks. The scallops were good and the charcuterie board was well done. But again, nothing that makes me jump at the chance to come back.
Very nice looking restaurant. The service was a bit slow, but considering worker shortages, it wasn't a huge deal. Appetizers were good, and the meal entrée, was good but I was expecting something a little less bland. My guests had no complaints about the food. We kept asking for bread, since the service was slow, but we didn't get it until we received our entrees. Service and the food should be stellar at a high-end restaurant as The Keep, and it wasn't. To spend over $100 for a meal, it should be a pleasant and memorable experience...it wasn't. Keep trying. I may return.
Excellent food and the service was top notch too. Ask for Trish. Sheâll take great care of you.
Food was excellent. Smelled of fish. Meals are a little pricey.
The food was incredible and we will be back soon. The service and the table we were sat at not so great. We had a reservation and were sat at the worst table in the restaurant. I would not be sat at that table again as a huge food cart kept wheeling by and we had to scoot in our chairs and it was right by the service station. Our waiter was very odd. My husband didnât want collard greens the waiter offered cooked spinach instead. We had leftovers to take home and he took them and didnât even offer a take home container. He had no awareness of personal boundaries and consistently came too close. He was just an odd duck. Different table and different wait staff and we will be back for that life changing corn bread!
