I will say the chicken is good! Overly greasy when you do a pick up, the grease at the bottom of the to-go container is ridiculous! Then the Mac n cheese is not consistent! Some days it’s amazing, other days taste like it was thrown together without seasoning! Then today, my cornbread had plastic in it! Like what in the heck! So needless today, I won’t be going back, anymore after this time!
Service was great and the food hot and fresh. Mac and cheese was ok but many folks have a personal preference. Love the light breading on the tenders and was seasoned perfect. The tenders were juicy. Loved the greens and cornbread. Sweet tea was good.
I’m new to the area, my son recommended this location. It’s my second time grabbing a chicken wing meal, my meal was delicious and the guy taking the orders has excellent customer service friendly service. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Delicious chicken with flavorful sauces. I had the Tennessee Mild sauce on my half chicken order that included breast, leg, thighs, and wings. For my sides I had mac and cheese along with delicious greens. Decent prices. Delivery via Door Dash was on point.
Phenomenal!! It was presented so well. It tasted so delicious, that I couldn't even get a photo of any of it. I had to order another sandwich to take a photo for this review. I started with the spicy sandwich. Nothing but gold from every bite. Chicken, coleslaw and pickles....nothing was wrong with it. The slaw seemed personally created to kick you in the gut, in a good way. Even my friend, who doesn't even like coleslaw, said the sandwich looked amazingly delicious. The macaroni & cheese wasn't my biggest favorite. But it was do-able as to compared to others. It could still pass at my families cookout. And then the cornbread....my goodness. I made a reference to a restaurant, Berry's, in the south back in my hometown of Magee, MS for a comparison. It was right up there. If you want some southern food that will impress your aunties, grannies and momma's, come here. It's well worth the pricing. And you get you money's worth from every bite. I think, by chance, had the owner personally put his touch onto our food this day. Bravo! Keep up the good work. And just keep being the happy people that me and my group met on this day.

Really good food…excellent chicken! They definitely give you plenty to eat in a meal. Very friendly staff. I love trying local restaurants and this one I am sure I will eat at often.

Their chicken is to die for! Compared to other fried chicken restaurants price is very reasonable and it tastes better so I would recommend. The crispy sauce was also amazing. Their sides though are not as good so I wouldn't recommend as much.
I have been meaning to try this place for ages but have not gotten around to it due to rarely being in the Grandview area. This chicken spot is everything a chicken spot should be, simple lil place with damn good chicken and the sides complimenting the main attraction well.The Nashville hot is a perfect spice level, not too overbearing but more than just a regular hot. Compared to the hot chicken establishment we all know n love in Columbus, the crispy coop does a good job at having a menu and flavor profile just different enough to keep me coming back, hungry for more.
