We had a wedding reception on 04/02/2022 for our son and daughter in law. The service was excellent and so was the food. The manager was extremely patient with all of the last minute changes. He was there the whole time. Thank you Edward we had a great time!!
Excellent food and service! The staff was extremely friendly. In fact, they were so helpful that the GM even helped pull my car out of the snow when it got stuck.
We had a meeting with plated service. Salads were served with an unknown dressing on them,, instead of having a choice.. Asked for ice to be brought out to beverage table. No ice was brought. Asked for butter, salt & pepper for our table. The items were never brought.

We were the hosts of a rehearsal dinner at The Boat House. Regina, our coordinator for the event, was the most pleasant, accommodating and helpful person! She was always available and responded to our questions right away. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Our wait staff, Debbie, Tete and our bartender, Ginny, were gracious and attentive. We highly recommend The Boat House.
Was excited to go to a small wedding on 10/16/2021What an amazing venue. What a not so great place to have an event.The only pluses are the building and its location.What ever room we were in has the door to the deck so many other weddings are coming in and out for pictures Annoying but understandableThe room was great.Very understaffed ( covid i am sure ) No bartender so the general manager stepped in he was there behind the bar 1/3 to 1/2 the time. Our party of 20 were not even big drinkers I had 1 drink and every time i looked to get another he was gone.We had 1 server for 20, appetizers were great and brought around 20 salads and 20 entrees served by 1 really nice had working man in his upper 50's to mid 60's I felt so bad for the guy. He couldn't carry large trays so everything came out 2 at a time. Salads were great ( Caesars ) We had 2 choices steak or chicken I had the New York strip Presentation was great looked amazing sadly room temp and could not cut through it. The worst steak i have ever had. Beware a beautiful venue doesnt make up for a wedding with 1/2 a bartender and 1 server for 20 plus and poor food. Whoever owns it should sell it to someone who cares about peoples special events
