Compliment to the chef! My steak was great! Not overcooked and juicy! The waitress was name DJay she was great and very polite. I'd say go if you have the chance. Also the Chicken Ceasar salad was really good! And my first time ever there
I just ate dinner here with my boyfriend & there were bugs on our table & I had one in my water. This place is disgusting. The waitress was very nice & discounted us after I showed her. The food was good except cold fries. Definitely will drive farther to a better location next time.
We went right at a busy time, around 6, so we had to wait a little, but it was a very quick wait. The waiter was very polite, and quick to get us drinks and our orders. The food was exactly as I expected, the only downside was they did not remember we did not want cheese on the dish, and it was melted cheese so we couldn't really eat around it. Other than that, great service
Steaks were perfect and the sides were exactly what they should be. We had a large party and they took good care of us.Other restaurants have raised their prices astronomically, but TR only raised it appropriately to the new standard. I am amazed by the quality in contrast to the price. Excellent!
We went to the Bethel location. So much better than the Polaris location.Walked in and young lady at the door was so nice, chatted with us while taking us to the table. Our waitress Nina was excellent, we never had to ask for anything. And I mean we didn't have to ask for anything. She was on top of it all. Our steaks came out the right size, cooked PERFECTLY. It is very apparent the management in this location is very good, it shows through your employee's. We will definitely be back to this location.
We had lunch there today and had a great experience thanks to our server Jorge! He was very attentive. Our food was delicious and served hot. Thank you Jorge for wishing me a happy Mother’s Day as well!
I got a pick up order tonight and there was more than a couple issues. There was an onion in my applesauce, they forgot my ranch, eating utensils, and my Mac and cheese. Rupert was nice though #giverupertaraise
Service was slow and wasn't busy, my daughter's steak was undercooked. our waitress automatically gave my 9 yr old a large beverage and we order chicken critters for him and she automatically gave him the large portion. When I asked about it she told us the drink came with the kids meal and continued to say that we ordered the large meal.. I question her about a kid ordering a large meal and she just played it off like no big deal.. no apologies didn't try to make it right or nothing.. And with this concern that I never said anything to the waitress was that both my daughter and myself are waitresses.
Do not know why a $25.00 steak cannot be cooked the way a customer orders. Not one bad experience but SIX in a row! This is a cancer patient that must have a well done steak! The management and the cook staff need definite retraining. This location is the WORST I have ever been too! Will be looking for a better steakhouse for sure.
Food sat to long under the heat lamps.. my medium rare steak was medium at best my friends steak was supposed to be medium rare but came to the table medium well. Sent them back steak was grilled on one side but the other side was flat topped no grill marks, so it was cooked properly on one side and damn near raw on the other. First problem was the servers fault for letting the steaks sit under the heat lamps for 20min the second was just a lazy cook.
