we had a steak get overcooked here. the manager came out with one that was a size bigger than what we ordered, at no extra charge, and cooked perfectly. and everyone was super polite through the entire thing.this is why i love this place. even when they make a mistake, they immediately make it right, and are very gracious about it. the food has always been wonderful. i will defend Texas Roadhouse as a chain steakhouse until i die.
I haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in years because of a bad experience with rude employees but I went on a business meeting and regretted not taking any more pictures other than this one. John r server was amazing knowledgeable and everything and he's only been working there for 2 months surprisingly. The food was fresh, fast and delicious. If you go there ask for John and please tip them good!
The Ceasars salad here is always the most amazing Ceasar I've ever eaten anywhere! Their grilled Shrimp is a must have too although I didn't get it this time.This particular visit the Catfish wasn't very good. I've had it quite a bit from there so definitely know what it should be like. The breading was super thick and 1 piece was mostly breading. The waitress and waiter that helped us were very good. My only complaint is I asked for extra ice in my sweet tea and there wasn't very much at all which made it warm. The food came.out quickly even with it being a holiday and crowded which made the visit really nice since we were really hungry!
Ordered food for pick up. Was told it would be ready at 6:06pm, 40 minutes later still no food. So we called the restaurant, took 3 calls before someone answered, and magically it was “being bagged.” It was another 15 minutes before we finally got our food. It was cold, disgusting and missing half of what we ordered. Definitely had been sitting there until we called. Horrible experience. Go to Outback or somewhere local if you can. This place is definitely not worth it.
Saturday afternoon/evening dinner w hubby. 4:00. Got seated right away, Wilmer was spot on taking care of all our needs. Excellent waiter, very good at his job!! Steak & ribs for me, steak & shrimp for hubby. Blossom was absolutely delicious!! Thanks for a great date night!!

I guess the first thing I would suggest is if someone shows up way early to pick up their order or their food is not ready up you move them to a parking spot to wait. I waited at least 15 minutes while the person working in the pick up area went into the restaurant to get the order for the person holding up the line Second, the last two times we have ordered carryout the order has been incorrect. My son did not receive his apple sauce, my chili did not have onions and cheese, my loaded bake potato had no sour cream and a very small portion of cheese and bacon. My wife also order her steak with no mushrooms and she had plenty of mushrooms on it. Other than that the food was good but the service and accuracy was better better during Covid.
I went here because it reminded me of the one back home and how great it was. My children enjoyed themselves as did my significant other. The food could have been much better we all agreed. I asked for a medium rare steak and I got medium well. The catfish was overcooked and the burgers were far under cooked for my 8yr old. I don't think we will be coming here next time we take a trip to Columbus. Oh, the ribs didn't have much meat on them at all. Not to mention we waited 1 and 1/2 hours to be seated. My waitress was nice and so was the door person. But the cook was awful.
I’ve been to this location a couple of times and the food and service has been great. Recently, I went with a couple of friends and the food was alright, but overall, we had a great time. The only issue this time is one of my friends immediately threw up when he got home and I got food poisoning and been stuck in the toilet for the past two days. I think it might of been our steaks since my other two friends didn’t order the steak and didn’t get sick.
Took my family of 6 with 2 kids on Saturday night for a bday celebration ?. We texted ahead for reservations and they said it would be 45 minutes to be seated. Wasn’t seated for until 90 mins later. I get it it was unusualy busy. After we were seated waitress brought our drinks and appetizers pretty quickly and that was great. Took our order and then another 90 mins go by our food was brought out at room temperature. My guess it had been sitting on a warming unit to be brought to us 20 minutes prior. Over all my steak was burnt and cold I immediately sent it back and asked for the manager I was beside myself with two young children sitting there. We had been in that restaurant for three hours. I’m usually not that person to complain but thought this time was needed. Our waitress was very nice just was not good at getting the food to us. The wait was over the top. Probably won’t be going there anytime soon. Thanks
