My food was okay, and the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Red Rock bison burger medium rare, but it came out overcooked. I wish the menu would have stated the sauce on it is like a sweet jam. The Parmesan Roasted Broccoli didn’t have much flavor. We were halfway done with our burgers before our server Allan checked on us.The best thing we ordered was the Grilled Shrimp appetizer. Would be willing to go back for the drinks and to try a different burger, hopefully cooked to temp.

Great bison burgers/steaks and nice atmosphere. We come here to eat pretty often and always love it. The huckleberry margarita is my new favorite :) also love the housemade chips with dip!

Absolutely great food and even better service highly recommend!

The steaks were cooked wrong, the broccoli and carrots were cold. the dressing on the chicken salad was not mixed well so it ended up being hard to eat, the salad was warm so the flavor was off. Overall we had a horrible experience for our party of 6 adults.

I want this to be so much better than it was. James the bartender was very attentive, and we enjoyedour drinks. Nachos is a let down with barely any toppings, cheese thrown sparcely around with a little of the chili. Salmon Caesar was average at best, it could have had some freshly grated parmesan. Maybe a roll? Croutons could have been counted on one hand. Also, it didn't bother us but the salmon was raw in the middle which I could see some people not liking. Overall there is some definite fine tuning that is needed here.

Foo was awesome; atmosphere also great! Little pricey but worth it!

The food was amazing and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about gluten free items. The chefs and servers knew more than the managers but I always trust chefs so it was fine. Definitely would go back.

We were going to go to Melt but the wait was shorter here. They told us it would be about 45 minutes but it was about 70 minutes. I get it, it's a weekend, prime time and they were packed. I was thinking the food must bee really good for people to wait that long. The host I believe was the manager as he was working hard to help out the servers and everyone else. However he didn't look at people when talking to them and even smile. I get you're busy but people want to have a pleasant experience especially if they're paying a little more here as my impression this was an upscale steakhouse as this was my first time. Our server was extremely nice and gave us a few tips on what to order. The drinks were good and her service was on point. They were extremely busy, so our food took almost an hour. We should have ordered an appetizer. I got my steak medium rare but when I got it it was closer to medium well. The server asked if I wanted another to be made but we had been waiting so long it really wasn't worth waiting even longer and the steak itself wasn't all that flavorful. Plus after a few bites I could tell that my steak had been waiting a little as it was warm and not hot which is odd as it was charred a little on top. The garlic mashed potatoes were really good but thr kale salad was below average I'm my opinion.A few things I didn't like was the water in the bathroom was ice cold when washing your hands. And to get to the restrooms you had to pass the server area and you could over hear them cursing and talking about guests which I know happens at every restaurant as I used to serve, but since it was open you think they might of kept it down. We went for my birthday and for what we paid and the experience we got, you can easily get so much more at other restaurants.A few things I liked was the decor and the pickles that came out as we were sat. I can't speak for the rest of the menu as we all ordered steaks. If you're looking for a steakhouse experience I highly recommend somewhere else. It sounds like the burgers were better but this is one place we're not going back to.

This chain restaurant makes delicious burgers! They have lots of stuff on the menu...I've been here a million times but I get a burger every time! They have beef or bison and I highly recommend the bison cooked medium. They have a garlic aoli for one of the burgers and it's good on everything, especially the onion rings! There are tables outside when the weather is warm. This is a great spot for a bite before a movie or casual date night.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place, I didn't expect it to be so fancy on the inside, this is a great place to take someone on a date. Honestly when I saw the name and logo of the place I thought I was gonna be in a environment similar to City BBQ or Smokey Bones but this place has definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be going back.
