I order the general tso tofu to be 3x spicy.I ordered the food at 7:10 online it was not ready until 7:50 even though it said it’ll be ready within 15 minutes. The food taste expired. The broccoli was 100% spoiled. The genral tso sauce tasted like expired sweet chili sauce. The food they served me was going bad. The broccoli especially, was uneditable due to its rotten flavor. The white rice is sticky and sweet. The donuts were nice and fluffy. The food wasn’t even a little spicy. The springs rolls were burnt and oily. It’s like they’ve refried it in old oil after it was left to sit out for hours. Will not be returning any time soon.
Above and beyond service! I placed an evening order with Uber Eats but Uber canceled + refunded my order due to lack of drivers. So someone from the store contacted me and drove the food to my apartment personally. They did not charge me for the meal and would not accept a tip. Thank you for making my night! I will remain a loyal customer
First time trying food from here. Sorry to say- but I did not like it at all. Ordered salt & pepper Taiwanese chicken and beef chow fun. I should have asked what part of chicken is used. It wasn’t white meat and had a different flavor/texture from leg/ thigh meat. I know some places use giblets but I cannot say for certain that is what they used. Either way- I didn’t like it. Beef was very hard to chew and pretty much inedible. I wont make the 20 min drive for this place again. The interior of the place was nice and staff was decent though.
I order from Taste of Orient frequently because the menu is decent, the prices are fair, and the delivery is usually quick (I live in the neighborhood). Also the portions are large enough to have leftovers for lunch the next day. They have a lot of vegetarian options but I appreciate the Thai pineapple fried rice and the steamed dumplings.
Decently priced food. Fresh and hot with huge portions. [I always have plenty of leftovers.] Support a friendly, hardworking mom and pop business!!! The owner is very nice too/so are the workers. Food is yummy, can't say enough great things about my favorite Chinese food restaurant. They have a large variety of food on their menus, I believe some Japanese options too, and are right next to Vivi's Bubble Tea, another excellent store! Love you guys. ❤️I usually get sesame chicken, general tso's chicken, or chicken pad thai personally. ❤️
This place has been a staple for years. Have always loved their sesame tofu, thai peanut curry, hot and sour soup, and spring rolls! The portions are excellent for the price and they always have a coupon on their website, which is awesome. Food is hot, flavorful, and customizable. Vegans can eat here pretty easily!
Awesome. Can't believe I've never eaten somewhere so close to my home! Very tasty satisfying and cheap. No wait open holidays!
I like this restaurant. It has an old fashioned manner. They get it. Their food is good, they are hospitable , and they don't triple charge for their merch. I order from them often.
Great American Chinese food. Always made quick and great food for the price!
Fried rice is horrible and yellow. Not actually fried. Peas and carrots we’re definitely frozen before. No egg at all
