Wow!!! Quick service and incredible food. We had a server named Jordan, and he made the Experience 100 percent better. My boyfriend is from Germany and was a little curious about the drive in diners and Jordan made his experience incredibly welcoming. He greeted us with a great smile and was cracking jokes. He even made sure I got the exact amount of pickles I wanted. Amazing!
Cute retro concept of a drive-in. A little like Sonic except car hops come to take order instead of using a kiosk menu. Quick service. Burger was decent though a little small compared to size of bun. Strawberry milkshake was delicious. Didn't like the presentation of the brownie sundae - was served in a 16 oz cup with brownie at the bottom all the ice cream on the top. By the time I finished the ice cream I was too full for the brownie.
Always a positive experience at Swensons! This is one of my favorite spots for a burger & shake in Columbus. The staff is always very attentive and prompt. My order always comes out correct and fresh. Julia has waited on me multiple times and she is the best! Keep doing what you're doing, Swensons! You never disappoint!
Visited this Swenson’s today, and will definitely be coming back! Our waiter, Michael C, did an outstanding job of explaining the menu for me and my friend. He did a fantastic job of explaining the difference between the California, Ohio, and Florida, to the point where we could simply taste it through his descriptions! And his milkshake recommendations were on point- Strawberry Shortcake Seasonal was scrumptious and the coffee milkshake my friend had was also a hit. Lastly, Michael was simply the most charming waiter we could ask for with a lovely smile.
Today I had an incredible experience at swensons! The server, Alex sprinted right to my car when I pulled in, he greeted me kindly and was very helpful with the menu. Just a few minutes after I ordered, he ran out with my food which was hot, delicious, and exactly how I ordered it. Definitely coming back soon!
Stopped here on a road trip. I wouldn't mind going there again.They come out to your car and take your order and the car hops were hustling!The burger was surprisingly small but filling. Enjoyed my chocolate shake! And I was craving hot salty fries and these really hit the spot.
First time here, and a pretty great experience. You park, turn your headlights on for service, they come take your order, tell you to turn your lights off, and when the food comes, you pay, (they take mobile pay options easily too) and everyone was friendly and the lot was clean.For the food, I got the signature burger which comes as a double, and it was great! Thinner crispy patties (think steak, not smashed) and a great and oddly satisfying mayo & barbeque sauce blend I will always order now.Service: excellent!Food: very good!Value: great (especially for Columbus)Highly recommend!
The burger was good but only got a single patty and it was kind of small. Definitely need a double. The bun was a little dry but it is my first time having this place so may have just been a one off. The orange milkshake is really good but kind of small. Overall a good place to try
Delicious, fast, fun and friendly! We stopped on our way through the area for lunch at a local place and it was a great experience. Food is prepared fresh. We had the Galley Boy burger, the double cheeseburger, onion rings, potato teezers and a chocolate malt.
The burger look like it had thrown up inside the wrapper. The fries were stale and cold. The onion rings were delicious but there were only 5 in the bag. We waited for 20 minutes. The only thing really good about this place is the staff and the milkshake.
