Their basic Dragon Eye coffee is absolutely delicious. Very flavorful for nothing but a house blend and condensed milk
Best cold brew and chai tea that my wife and I have had in Columbus. The dream cold made me feel like I could walk into work on a Monday with a smile.Hope that they open a location in Hilliard (or maybe not because we be broke..)
First time customer and wanted to try something new. I ordered the dirty cold brew and was not impressed. Uppercup in gahanna has a similar drink that’s stronger with more flavor. My drink here was watered down and weak.
Great coffee, amazing bagel sandwich, and TO DIE FOR chocolate cake.I get coffee from here regularly. A dreamy cold brew....always comes out with the cream on top, but when you mix it, it actually stay mixed. But if you like cold brew, this is one of the smoothest cups I've had!I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese bagel the other day and when I tell you it was good, I was really good. It was very large compared to other drive-thru sandwiches and didn't have that big yellow center in the egg. This sandwich is great!Now on to the cake...if you like chocolate...a lot....their chocolate cake is for you! It's rich, moist and had deep chocolate flavors. It's a really big slice and I'd suggest sharing it or eating some and saving the rest for later. It's not overly sweet but it is definitely rich with chocolate flavor.I've yet to go in, I always go through the drive-thru. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming, which makes returning regularly a no brainer.Go. Order a dreamy cold brew, get a bagel sandwich, and make some cake for later and consider your day instantly improved.Be sure to sign up for their rewards program you'll earn a few drink before you know it!
Super cute place. The prices are higher than the location on campus. Good coffee, but not a ton of seating. They had a lot of (pricey) pastry and food options.
Sweetwaters is hands down my new favorite coffee place - EVER. Beats competitors easily. My only complaint is that it isn't closer to my apartment! Highly recommend the Dreamy Cold Brew (in the quad size, of course.)
Showed up 2 minutes prior to 4pm on new years eve. Was told I had 2 minutes to figure out my order. Didn't have brewed coffee so I asked if I could call my employee to see what I could offer them. Went to pay with cash, was told I couldn't because they alr already closed drawer w cash. Super inconvenient and not normal for this location.
Friendly staff and great coffee - their flavored drinks are just the right amount of flavoring without being too sweet. Their selection of food and pastries is great and everything is really tasty. Love the dragon mural inside & decor of the interior!
12/21/21 - 6:45ish am. The lady working the drive through right now told my wife (and I quote) "I'm not giving you your coffee until you give me your credit card." Never heard that before but very confused, and offended. We were also still waiting on our food, so even implying we would drive off with a coffee but not our food, doesnt make sense. I'm sure it happens at drive thrus all the time, thats why there's cameras lol, but to say that to a customer...WOW! You don't even hear that from McDonalds. Also, I'm in the top 10% of Google reviewers in the country, and we're never coming back.
I spend several hours in this shop several days a week, and I chose this place on purpose. The staff are always pleasant, the bathroom is always clean, and the coffee is always great. I'm an introvert, so I probably don't know everyone there as well as I could, but at least John (the owner) remembers my name. Love this place!
