If I could give this place no stars? Absolutely would. The bartenders in this establishment are extremely rude and obnoxiously slow to serve. Of the 3 times I’ve been here, each time I’ve waited more than 30 minutes to even be looked at by a bartender, much less served a drink. A monkey could run this bar better. ? Please don’t waste your time.

First time being here and I came alone. Very Rude Bartender with afro and tank-top. The other bartender was just as rude with a black beanie. Bunch of punk lowlifes looking to start trouble with customers. I just wanted to know where the restroom was, which is down a sketchy flight of stairs through a narrow hall.
My first time coming in and the bartender with the black beanie helped me out! He was awesome! Thanks we will for sue be coming back!
Beware: Bartender pretended to not hear me and then started conflict with us once I tried to get a drink. Will not be going back. I have been meeting up with buddies for 3 years and last time they kept skipping my friends songs that he purchased. Bunch of douche bags, not much more to say. Oh, I was also charged a tip that I didn’t ever sign off on.
The staff and everybody working there is absolutely amazing. The man in the tank top and Afro is so kind and helpful.
Vibes were good but the pool tables and other games were in pretty bad shape. Not to mention the drinks weren't great either.

If you want to play some pool, i suggest you go elsewhere. Understaffed and rude employee. Take your friends and money elsewhere.Walked in with friends noticed the place was understaffed so tried to find someone free to ask where we could separate a pool table, saw a guy walking around picking up cups, going behind bar and cleaning so when i had a chance and saw he was free, tried to ask him how we could get a table and he literally walked by like i was not even there or talking to him. Thought maybe he didn't hear me or who knows, maybe he was hard of hearing, so gave him the benefit of doubt. We finally were able to talk with another bartender and got a table. When returning our pool set to Checkout and pay, same scenario, very busy staff same guy was free roaming around, this time my friend tried talking to him same thing, he walks right by him like hes not there. (He hears fine FYI, hugged a few regulars and seemed to acknowledge the people he cared to treat like customers).
