Firing staff for calling off for covid is a little too much for me. Use to go there very frequently but it’s funny that my order was messed up for the second time today, called my friend that I thought worked there and was informed he was fired for being sick with Covid as were several staff. Why you’d want people sick serving guests is beyond me but def not going back. Too bad too bc I use to spend a ton of money there. And just so we’re clear, ginger and wasabi are staples for sushi and this is the second time I didn’t get it. One of my rolls was supposed to have asparagus but that was not what that was, maybe a green bean. One of the rolls has some weird burnt spinach looking thing in it. And the salmon either had some bones or was burnt. So it’s not just about firing people over Covid. Quality of food was just not up to par. ?♀️

How has tonight been my first time at Sushi En (Twinsburg)!?!?!? Grace (owner, pictured left) is the sweetest, Kim our waitress/bartender was tentative and accommodating. Food was great and drinks were yummy. Will definitely be back!!!
The only positive of this restaurant was that the lighting was bright and the wait staff were ok. The food was mediocre at best and the booths felt crammed
Twinsburg location was pretty terrible. Long black hair in my salad which despite telling two wait staff, no one seemed to care. Asked if there was substitution for the Miso soup which came with my dinner and the waitress said there was a Mushroom soup which sounded better… which she then charged for. My daughter asked if soup came with the fried rice and they told her “yes” but then returned later and said actually no. Which was fine. But then they brought it anyway… and then charged her. The food was really bland and could have used some sauce other then the soy sauce on the table. The dinner was supposed to be a treat from a family member but really it was much like mall food including hair in the meal but cost much more. Super disappointing.
everything was great. The kimchee was best I have had since I was in Korea. The staff was very nice. will be back soon
One of the best poke bowls that I’ve had in awhile. Everything was so fresh!
We ordered dinner boat for two. It was good. It is a typical party tray. I wish they can include more individual sushi.
