Fast and friendly service. Very clean restaurant.I had the Breakfast Quesadilla and it was fantastic! Crispy on the outside and ooey gooey on the inside.Every experience here has been just as enjoyable.
Excellent and speedy service! Now, I have to say, having never had eggs Benedict before, Sunny Street Cafe has set the bar high by my standards after today. It was absolutely delicious to the last bite and the whole meal was cooked to perfection!
I had a great breakfast. It had that down home experience to it. The waitress Olivia was extremely nice, courteous, and very professional.
I ordered through DoorDash. Because Doordash keeps you updated throughout the process, I was able to see my food was not ready when the dasher arrived to pick it up. When my food finally arrived, it was cold and undercooked. My eggs were ordered over medium and were sunny side up- at best. My bread was not toasted. I’m not saying it was under-toasted; it was not toasted at all. Just plain rye bread. No butter or condiments. My food and beverage were not sealed, which is the standard when restaurants partner with DoorDash. Definitely made a mistake when ordering my breakfast today. I won’t make this mistake again.
Ordered the corned beef hash and received a side portion, not a meal portion. Definitely not worth the price. Stay away from the Corned Beef Hash as a meal. It was good but certainly not worth the price. Service somewhat lacking a well.
Lite menu, very well priced.Excellent food and wait staff..Quickly becoming my wife's go to for breakfast since Tee Jay's can't seem to get it together on the east side of Columbus.
I had the chicken and waffles and it was delicious. The coffee was really good and the staff was amazing. Really glad I stopped by while on vacation and would love to go back if I'm in the area again.
My wife and I went for the first time around noon. I wasn't sure on breakfast or lunch but decided on country fried chicken and gravy. Really sounded good. They said we haven't had it in months. Ok get me a hamburg and fries. It comes with cheese, lettuce and tomato with some kind of sauce. I wanted pickles -- we don't have pickles. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! They don't list onion either. Finally said just bring me an omelette. It was ok but nothing fantastic. One piece of TINY!! toast with it. I should have taken a pic. My wife had chicken and waffles and we still can't figure out what they coat their chicken in. It just falls off and your left with thin cuts of plain chicken. Their isn't a whole lot of choices on the menu, just a few sandwich options and basic breakfast. The prices on the menu are high and very hard to read. Maybe by design. I'm glad we just had water to drink or our bill would have been mid 30's with tip. I think we will go somewhere else in the future. Plenty of good places and cheaper too. ?
This is a city diner with a small town country feels! Love the service here! Try the biscuits and gravy .....you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend! And tip those waitresses good.....they are working hard and Everytime I'm there they ALWAYS are smiling ♥️
First time eating at this location, the service was AMAZING! Leiby was cheerful, attentive, customer oriented, and very personable. My food came out quickly and was hot and tasty! My coffee cup never got empty which is a HUGE plus for me. I'll definitely be back.I've seen a few comments related to price and portions, I have no complaints about either.
