I can't imagine someone was so stupid enough to package food with this bread. I am grateful I finally looked and didn't have to eat this. My whole order was wrong, rude and poor customer service. Very disappointed, steak n' shake should hire competent workers rather than teenagers who don't know what they are doing. Don't buy from this place on weekends.
I had a friend visiting from out of town and he wanted to go to steak n shake. We went to the Easton location where there was an extensively long wait in the Drive-Thru and the redhead female in the Drive-Thru was extremely rude it was made very apparent that she did not want to be there she was extremely passive no greeting. Customer service is lacking tremendously at this location. Members of the staff lackadaisically walking around in the background giving high fives having casual conversation and no work being completed. When you are receiving food from someone with a bad attitude it kind of makes you scared to eat it.
I didn't even want to give it one star!!! Absolutely terrible service!!! Don't go!! We had to order on the computer with no servers even though there was many employees working!! After 30 minutes another group said they were waiting 45 minutes and demanded their money back. We kept asking about our order and all they would say is it will be a while. Same thing to a guy who's food was wrong and still had to set and wait. We finally went up and ask our money back and left!!! And it wasn't even busy in there and it was 1:30 in the afternoon!! Don't go!!
Not a good experience! Went through the drivethru. Ordered a small Vanilla Coke and a small mint Oreo shake. Gave me small cookies n cream shake and a medium cherry coke. Apparently u don’t have to read to have this job.
Absolutely the worst drive through experience ever! I waited in line for over 20 minutes to order, then had to wait another 20 minutes before receiving my food. The onion rings and French fries were barely warm and grease soaked. The chicken strips were cold. The steakburger was tepid at best and served on a cold, hard bun. I have been to this location numerous times prior to this experience, but I think I will not be returning any time soon. The staff used to be friendly and professional, today's experience was cold and rude.
Employee forgot to give me my bank card back and then tried to act like I wasn't the owner of the card. Told me to wait and the card would come out with my my food. It did not show up with said food, so I had to go Into the steak and shake to then retrieve my card from the same rude employee. Food was good. Always watch your money people. People be funny sometimes.
Hadn't been in awhile and the food was tasty! The fries and triple cheeseburger were the perfect temperature...the car was silent! ? Still good!

I believe The cashiers name is KAM, When I say drive through attendance need to take note from her they should very friendly my food was hot and fresh and as usual delicious I will say her enthusiasm was infectious because it hurt make me have a good rest of the evening
This is the worst Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t anymore. They’ve messed up my order on multiple occasions, gave me an “Oreo milkshake” with just vanilla ice cream in a cup, consistently give me attitude when I’ve confronted them on their mistakes, and have the worst customer service I’ve probably ever experienced. Whoever has franchised this establishment, needs to get it together and hire new management. I would rather go out of my way to a different SNS across town than waste my time at this one. I fully respect and commend service workers especially in these wavering and unprecedented times; but this is just ridiculous.
