Poor Service. Skipped friends order. Have to order by a kiosk. Only 3 ppl in the store!!!
Hot food was cooked fresh and order was accurate. Fries were crispy. Shake was not well blended and mix-ina were at the bottom rather than blended throughout. The new paper straws get soggy before one is done with the shake, making it difficult to drink. Employees were friendly, but service was slow.
Ordered 3 shakes from the drive thru. They were as expected and consistent with past orders. Crew was friendly and service fast. It was difficult to determine if the dining room was open so I asked and it was—no customers or staff visible though.
Pretty standard fare for Steak and Shake. Just watch out for the giant sinkhole at the entrance. But it is a standard Steak and Shake
Just got home opened up our burgers and nothing was right ... no lettuce or tomatos or sauces and beacon on them ... was over charged and given a hard time . Birthday cake shake was plain vanilla ice cream with sprinkles .. called back to the manager she was rude didn't even apologize about it waisted $27 on 3 combos
The fries were room temp but they only had two people working so have to give lenience.
Good food to bad you can’t eat inside the diner. We ate outside and had a nice meal. Prices are a little steep
can't even tell when its open. try going through during their posted hours, only to be told that they are closed.
I and the other 9 cars in the drive thru would appreciate it if you put out a sign when you are closed at 2pm on a Saturday. Thanks
I don’t know how this dump is still in business. Food was garbage and the shake machine was broken. Chicken fingers were cold and stale. Burger was bland, hotdog was plain, and the fries had no salt. I had to drive through the slow moving drive through to pick up my to go order. I guess I gotta call corporate to get a refund on the shake.
