This particular Starbucks is fantastic. I had a large order from several people and they were making the order before I even finished paying bc they were listening and got started making the first drinks right away. Very friendly, super accommodating (e.g. "we don't have this ingredient but we can sub this and it tastes really good" - they were right).

Standard Starbucks in a nice location. Pretty speedy service consider the traffic. Drive through available although the lines are often long. Wish there was more parking.
I have been going here for at least two years, and cannot thank them enough for their cheerfulness, helpfulness and how much they start my day off with a laugh and a smile! Ebony Cornwell (Manager), is very helpful, and I always enjoy talking with the staff (granted, I get there ~5:30-7:00, before they get busy)! I always go in so I can say hello to everyone!
This Lane Ave store is consistently one of the best in the UA & NW region. I know that's totally not fair to all the other very hard working baristas out there! (so to Bethel road, Alex @ Henderson) The drinks here are always spot on, made perfectly whether u ask for light foam or heavy foam. Whoever is working is always helpful, accommodating & this store is SLAMMED all the time.Last time I was there the register wasn't working, then the tape printer wouldn't print... the line behind me was getting longer and the girl kept her cool, extremely sweet & pleasant disposition and reassured me they'd get it figured out.More ppl need to leave a $1 in their tip jars. It's a hard job, lots of pressure and ppl aren't always nice.
wow. they do not care about you at all. never have i been to a starbucks where they were outwardly rude to me. when i asked why it was taking 20 minutes to make a simple refresher they just said we are busy when everyone who ordered after me got their drinks.
This location is marked as my favorite in my Starbucks App. They are pretty busy at times but definitely do their best to get you in and out.
One of the better Starbucks in Columbus. Service is always quick and there is ample seating.
