Large tables should be for customers priority. I am a 27 year old veteran in the restaurant business and I ALWAY tell my staff to keep the best to the client. NOT ONE SINGLE Starbucks manager occupying a table that seats 8 people!! Do not understand the logic. Other than that the store is perfect with all their staff. Only one annoying manager who occupies best table in the shop!!
I mainly come to this location since it’s nearby. Great service. Drive through can be extremely slow. They run out of items a lot. I’ve tried ordering the oatmeal with blueberries multiple times, and would never give the blueberries.
Great location with friendly staff! Always has my drink ready in time and made correctly! Much better than S High location
Love this Starbucks. They're usually super busy but everyone is always friendly and they still get orders out quickly.
This Starbucks is amazing! I come here to chill out and just get away. A Starbucks Employee noticed I could only order drinks and offered me anything I wanted to eat for free. I couldn't take much but a sandwich, because I don't like having to depend on anyone else for anything. I never have asked for much, I just rather go without than to actually ask for something. In fact, I'm use to going without. I go without the basic's in life, but that's okay. I don't know who the Starbucks Employee is, but again, thank you for your offer. It meant so much to me, because I really haven't eaten in day's.
This location on Livingston has been hit or miss for me since they opened. Sometimes their drive-thru isn't open, or just the entire store in general isn't open? They are constantly out of stuff like nitro cold brew, cold foams, different syrups or milk substitutions. Almost every time I order ahead, I still have to wait in line for my drink to be made because they are out of so many products, many substitutions must be made.
I've been here three times, and each time is the same. It doesn't matter if you order ahead. Wait times are horrendous for a coffee shop. Especially a fast food coffee shop. If you hit the drive though expect a 30-40 minute wait.
Nobody ever shows up to work here and most mornings there’s a big sign at the drive-through window! For the love of Christ you’re directly across from Children’s Hospital! Do better or fire the dumbasses that don’t show up…
The woman taking my order did not listen to me even argued about it. Then threw her hands up and told the guy to take my order. Not at all what I expected. Will not be back
This is quite possibly the busiest Starbucks but we love the staff here. They are always so nice and wonderful! We go more often than I would like to admit. However something has changed with the pink drink. It made me so very sick this time, and my adult daughter sick last week. Hoping it’s just us but I am so sad to have to give this drink up!
