3 employees were glad to serve us even though we arrived 10 minutes before closing
Would have been a 5 but unfortunately they gave me regular dairy milk when I ordered/paid for soy :(Otherwise everyone was very friendly and the location was clean and adorable!!

I went to this Starbucks to use my rewards to purchase a tumbler, and one of the baristas very kindly hinted I should come back on Monday for new releases! Also, they never get my order wrong :)

Not sure if I said something wrong or if it was a bad day. My drink was filled below the top marker in the venti cup when ordered without ice. The barista that called out my name seemed a little flat or annoyed when she put it down. Maybe it was just busy, but definitely does not help my experience at this Starbucks.
Everytime I get coffee and ask for sugar I never get my sugar! I'll never go back!

Maybe it was due to the holiday, but we stopped here while traveling. Ordered drinks through app and arrived after time suggested. My drink didn’t taste like anything like other SBX locations across the country that we’ve visited. Had a strange burnt taste, very weird. Travel partner ordered nitro and when we went to pick it up, the cup was in the pick up section but empty. Thought nitro was broken but no, and even barista was confused why. It wasn’t busy. Not sure if it location normally is like this, but it was a bit strange.
