My infant daughter that I’m breastfeeding has a severe dairy allergy and my drink order that was supposed to have oat milk contained dairy milk instead. This is a serious and dangerous mistake that I cannot afford to deal with. I’ll no longer be a customer here.

Multiple times my drink order has been wrong. In addition to that the quality of their drinks has fallen off. The iced lattes I get often taste just like watery milk. No flavour from the syrup comes through. I'm done with this Starbucks. It's a waste money

This is my favorite store to visit. They always have my drink ingredients in stock, and they make my drinks the BEST compared to other stores.

I love starbucks. Who doesnt? Always premium tasting coffee and good service. The wait for my order wasnt very long at all. Thanks.

Placed pickup order well ahead of time and still had to wait about 20 min. They had a couple of very hard working Baristas, but it felt like the processes were not put in place to set them up for success. When my pickup order was completed, it was a scavenger hunt to find it as they were not calling people's names and it was in a sea of other people's items.

This is the worst Starbucks on the planet. I used to go to this location all the time, but it is consistently going downhill and now I refuse to go to it at all. They get my order wrong at least half the time, the drive thru takes 25-30 minutes, and the parking lot is a nightmare. The parking lot is very small and the drive thru line is often so long that it blocks traffic. Also many of the baristas have an attitude problem.

Sadly the mobile app and this store do not connect well. I've had some minor issues in the past, but I was out walking and made an order on the app (selected in-store pick up) only to arrive at the store and find it closed, except for the drive-thru. I called the store and was told I would have to walk home (over a mile away) and get my car to use the drive-thru or call corporate to cancel the order. I was then informed the food items I ordered weren't available anyway, so I would need to call for a refund.

This is the place where mobile orders go to die. They prioritize drive through orders so be warned; the confirmation that you order will be ready at 8:15 is just not true. Add 20-30 mins to that estimate and you’re in the ballpark.
