Wow! Everyone here was super nice and welcoming, from the girl on the headset to the guy in the window Brad! Also hands down this is the BEST java chip I've ever had, and I'm a Starbucks fiend. The only con about this place is that it's not in the state I live in and I probably won't get to visit again. But thanks for an amazing experience!
I am a regular at this Starbucks and I have yet to receive anything but exceptional customer service and kind employees! I usually order via the drive thru but today I decided to go inside and am so glad I did. I was able to see how everyone behind to counter seemed to be having a great time not only working but working with each other. As someone who works in the service industry I know how hard it can be to remain positive when you’re overwhelmed with orders but they made it look so easy! Plus, I always love popping through with my dog and having everyone come say hi to him at the window :) he now regularly gets excited when I ask if he wants to get a “pup cup”!
I am reviewing this Starbucks location based on accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The front entrance has a curb, but to the right side there is a flat area where physically impaired people can access the entrance. The door pulls open and is wide enough for wheelchairs to enter. Additionally, there is plenty of space inside to store to order items desired. The menu has relatively small font, but has direct lighting to consider those with visual impairment. There are different types of milk for people that have dietary restrictions and preferences. Inside, there are two restrooms that are wheelchair accessible. The lighting is fairly dim and the main loud noises come from the machines used to make coffee and music is played quietly. This may be difficult for those with sensory sensitivity. There is some seating inside as well as outside where people can sit and enjoy their food and drinks. There are two handicap parking spots to the right of the store. Workers are always friendly and willing to help the customers.
Loved the atmosphere there. Pretty calm and relaxing. The staff was super friendly and just loved the Frappacino I ordered!

All the interactions I’ve had with employees have always been so nice :) especially Levi, what an angel human! They’re always so busy but I never feel like I’m waiting long and my drinks always come out perfect!!
