I've never felt inclined to write a negative review but guy on register Wes is seriously terrible. A woman in front of me was having trouble ordering because of a language barrier, and instead of trying to help her - Wes kept saying : "What," "I don't know what that is," and was just overall rude. I prefer coming to this Starbucks in the evenings over a drive through because they are so kind, but if I were management I would let this guy go.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks! It is in a convenient location outside of the mall. They keep it pretty clean and the staff is always nice. I love the way they make my drinks (they often have ingredients in stock that other Starbucks don’t).
Great customer service everybody's very friendly service is fast even though the lines are long great food I literally go there every day and they pretty much already know what I like by just hearing my voice at the speaker
Adore this location, big seating area, helpful and friendly staff! Even when it's packed and endlessly busy, they seem to handle it well. Keep it up! <3

I rarely post critical reviews. I think they were somewhat short staffed, but after waiting 25 + m for 2 pour overs they had forgotten to start them. With many apologies they promised to expedite those. Ten m later one was ready but they had forgotten to start the second. Settles for a brewed coffee.
