Thee sloooooweeeest cafe in the chain ! More then 15 min for sure , for Carmel drink
I placed a pickup order around 9:20pm since they close at 11pm now and instead of being able to conveniently walk in and pick up my drink, like always(to skip the line), they locked their doors and said that everyone must wait in the drive through line which is insanely long. Now I can kiss being on time to prayer goodbye. Super disappointed
I had placed a mobile order this morning around 5:45am considering the app said this location opened at 5:30am and I have done this other times before. I pulled in 5 minutes til 6am and the store was not open. An employee approached my car asking if I was a customer and apologized that their leader was not there yet so they were unable to open the doors. She took my name as I explained I worked nearby and said they would take care of it if I stopped back in. I wish I would have got her name because she was extremely kind. When I came back though, the person at the register (Rob) was not so kind. He just kept saying well I don’t even know why it let you order because we don’t open until 6. I explained to him the situation that it said 5:30 and he made my drink reluctantly while still trying to place the blame on anything but their own mistake. That is extremely poor customer service and there’s no reason to make the guest feel like it was their mistake, when in fact, it was NOT.
The service here is beyond slow. They are so unorganized and incompetent. Literally took 16 minutes in drive with only 4 cars ahead of us and I put my order in online. Said it would take 7 minutes and we still had to wait at the window because they hadn't even started it.
I appreciate that the staff was working their tails off, but management mustve told them to pause close attention to yhe drove through, because as a walk in, about 10 cars were given through order before I ever had mine made, even though I had ordered far before them. I went in because I wanted to see the merchandise, but I won't be doing so again. I'd only use the drive through at this location because they and mobile orders come before any walk in, in store customers orders.
They are Super nice , and we all know they have the best drinks!
Witnessed the manager Sarah (??) train some new workers at this location. She was very dedicated to offering tips for them and was very knowledgeable on the different drink options. Sarah was even kind enough to throw in a free drink for me.

Got there at 6:30 AM for a coffee before work since it says that they should be open, only to find that nobody was there and the store was not open.
Have been waiting inside for 20 minutes while several people after me have ordered and recieved their drinks. I get being busy, but seemed like they were trying to look the other way instead of checking in my order.
