I ordered the “Salted caramel cream cold brew” 06/20/2022 at around 2:30 pm when I drank most of my coffee a couple of hours later, I found a ripped sea salt packet at the bottom of my drink (I pulled it out to look at it then put it back on the side of the drink for a better picture)I’m not sure if this is a common practice for Starbucks but I’m pretty sure no one wants foreign objects inside their coffee.
Oh myStore is filthy.Wait time for counter is long. SLOWGold card members do not receive discounted refills of plain tea.Exterior is littered.A few of staff polite. Most surely.Bathrooms smellLooks like poor owner. Pinching pennies because of bad environment. YMMV.
Did a great job on the drinks. We did have one that wasn't right but it wasn't their fault. We had a little problem understanding what our grandson wanted. They fixed it and didn't charge me for it. I was expecting to pay for the other one course We did hand back the first one.lol He was delighted with the second drink and we had a peaceful ride back home. ?
Prepare to wait ……….for ages! Whether you go inside or do drive-through. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks, you get to the window and it’s like you’ve just placed your order and have to wait even longer. I come here often because it’s conveniently close to home but it’s always the same. It’s a mess! I do have to say, the staff is friendly.
Used drive through to get two drinks and sat for 10ish minutes. I understand that they're busy and understaffed so I didn't take it too harshly but it's just a tad frustrating is all
I ordered a caramel macchiato and my drink was straight milk with no espresso.
Lobby was closed, drive through is kinda funky which, yea, be careful especially if you have a large vehicle. The staff was friendly but seemed a bit overworked with online orders. This is the only Starbucks in the area so take that into account if you stop through. Best grande blonde sugar free vanilla whole milk latte ever!
AWWWWFULLLLL. This store is always slow but I understand times are crazy & understaffed. They are always rude, never apologize for the wait or messing the order up, today however was especially rude even for them. They charged me for food they didn’t have in stock & instead of telling let me leave with paying but not my full order, so I go inside to tell them, 3 ppl nobody acknowledged me, one went into the back the other two stood there and literally didn’t look at me, saw me but wouldn’t look at me, I waited 7 minutes as they both stood right in front of me not speaking too me & finally I said “ can someone help me? “ to which they acted annoyed ?. This store is so awful and the people literally make it worth driving to the string town location, which is always great service!
Horrible business ethics. When a store is started to open at 5:00 am and still not open at 7:45 am but have employees inside watching cars waiting in the drive thru the least you could do is put up sign letting them know you are not open instead of each car waiting roughly 5 min before they decide to not wait anymore. WASTE OF TIME NEVER GO HERE
I spent thirty minutes in their drive through. It was busy but not “30+ minutes in a drive through” busy. And I know that any time I come back it’ll be the same but I go anyway because it’s the only one on this side of town outside of Kroger. But I’m probably just going to Kroger next time because on top of that the last time I ordered an impossible sandwich they gave me something with meat on it.I really need to stop coming back at this point, because it’s just an awful Starbucks.
