Ordered a few items, one of which was a Pike Roast. The coffee started out fine, but towards the end, I was drinking coffee grounds. Not a pleasant experience from this location.Pics posted.

This is a mall Starbucks and it seems like it stays busy. Even though the line was long, we didn't wait too long. Unfortunately, (maybe due to covid, not sure) there is no where to sit to enjoy your beverage with a friend. But our order was accurate and the team members did seem friendly.
Friendly staff! Great drinks and pastries! They go out of their way to be kind and get customers in and out despite all the unavoidable struggles covid has brought. Keep it up! Great location! Treat these guys well when you stop by!
I order some medium complicated drinks a couple of times and they've been spot on down to the milk every time. They're usually very busy but someone always says hi.
The evening hours really suck, closing st 6pm in the middle of a shopping area, but the drinks are well made and consistent. If you go there before 6pm this starbucks is a great option.
I just waited in line for 20 minutes only to be greeted at the speakerphone by the rudest employee! Before saying anything close to a hello, she proceeded to tell me that I cut the line and that it wasn't very nice to do. I thought I was being pranked! So I asked her if she was talking to me because I was so shocked. She said yes, she was talking to me so after a 20 minute wait and being accused of cutting the line, I went off! She tried saying I'm sorry but that's not how you treat customers and if you're going to accuse someone, at least make sure you have the right person even though that's not customer service Starbucks! I had my daughter in the car and she has never seen me lose my temper at an establishment but this was ridiculous! Is that how you treat customers?!
Line is long here after the one down the street closed. Still goes really fast though.
Love starbucks, but this is the second time in a row that I ordered a drink from this store and it was wrong :( I even repeated myself. Nothing like looking forward to a nice cold pumpkin cold brew, and having it be a regular cold brew.The line was too long to go back through, and I had a 2 year old and a 5 month old, so I certainly didn't want to go inside.
This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. They were super busy, but everyone worked together to get everyone’s orders out quickly. Great experience!
