As always my drink was made accurately, quickly and the staff was pleasant and friendly.The only negative to this location is the parking. If you're not heading east on Bethel, the only way to enter the parking lot is via a side street, driving through the CVS parking lot then against the drive through traffic. After all that, the lines are angled for people entering off Bethel (but only going east, no left turn if you're heading west). This could be remedied by putting parking along the back which is always blocked by a big storage trailer.
Elliot is the only reason I still go to this Starbucks. I order my drink the exact same way and it’s always wrong. But whenever Elliot is there my drink is always right and his customer service is top notch.
Inside great and cleaner than some Starbucks. Good fast service sufficient seating during these covid times.HOWEVER (not their fault) to get to their location if traveling west on Bethel you'll need to turn into and behind CVS and MAYBE break the law a bit to park (works if there is no line at the drive through) OR go past the location and turn around and head East on Bethel to turn right into the place.
The drive thru is chaotic and crazy with two points of entry. You really want Starbucks if you are willing to deal with this cluster.
Great service, quick and well made drinks, but the music is blasted so loud inside my ears and head ring. A slightly lower volume would be appreciated :)!

It's okay, it is a typical Starbucks. The coffee drinks taste like what you would expect. Unfortunately the line was unacceptably long and it took more than 15 minutes to get my order and when I did receive it the sandwich which was not properly heated and it was cold.

They were out of ingredients that go on my drink i wanted. Seems to be on going problem. The girls were not very apologetic for the inconvenience this caused. Realy need to work on customer service skills.
