6:15 am. 5 people working. 1 lady making online orders, everyone else joking around and doing nothing. Ordered a Pike Place and after waiting 8 minutes, I asked where it was and some nasty lady who appeared to be the manager shot back that they ran out and had to make new. Could have told me that. After 5 more minutes, I walked out. Didn't even ask for my money back I was so disgusted with this operation. Will never be back.

If you value your time and being respected, go to the historic Dublin location instead. Since the music is so loud and they barely call out the names, you have to crowd around the counter with all the Uber drivers watching like a beggar. There were only 10 people waiting, 15 cars, they had 6 employees and it still took 20+ mins for a black coffee and oatmeal. I don’t mean to be rude but you are simply eating your time if you come here. Very poor experience. Not even getting my refill because I don’t wanna deal with this again
So I placed an order for pickup, the order was a little strange as I needed caffeine and have an allergy to milk but wanted something sweet. However I got to the starbucks before my drink was done just to hear them laughing about my order and calling it weird. Just made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.I don’t know why people can’t like what they like without being judged for it.
Store was very busy but staff were friendly and efficient and service was quick and great!
Consistently exceptional service! Food is always made on time and to perfection.
It makes me sad to see all the negative reviews about speed of service and other little things. The employees are working through being short staffed which is not easy. The employees are always so nice at this location. One barista even recommended I try my drink with chai and now I get that every time. No complaints.
The best Starbucks in all of Ohio! The best customer service ever!!! Courtney,Jarrett,Lexi, and Kirsten make my day so much better. Courtney and her kind eyes make me smile daily! Love these guys! They work so hard! I always tell my clients tip your barista!
The baristas are wonderful for putting up with garbage customers who demand a lot. When available we prefer to do pickup via the app and skip the drive thru as we can order from home and take our time getting there as sometimes the quoted time is off however we never fault the workers. Other times we can be in and out. With covid/ shortages/ staffing we understand they're under a lot of stress and we appreciate their hard work fueling us with coffee
They’re always closed every single time I come, it’s not even late and it’s an inconvenience when I need a pickup from my shifts and they are closed without any warning
