The focacia is to die for and the drinks are pretty great! (on the stronger side though) However, the avocado toast I ordered with poached eggs arrived with hard boiled egg yolks inside. It was quite disappointing

This was our second time to South Village Grille. What a great little restaurant. It’s very intimate and charming. Great for happy hour or a family meal. There were a lot of people doing takeout for the pizza, which my husband says was delicious. Stop by! You won’t be disappointed.

What a great new spot! From the environment to the food to the service. We had a blast. Their Wednesday lunch special is as good as it looks. And their hummus… fantastic.

The meatloaf lunch special is delicious. It's tender and flavorful. This is a restaurant that provides simple but skillful dishes.I like this restaurant over the other local restaurant Lindey’s ?

we had a 9 pm reservations which admittedly can be risky especially on a monday, but the listed hours are that they close at 10 pm . . . the staff was great and friendly and accommodating. the entire problem with our experience was the quality and the taste of the food. my wife ordered the shrimp and grits which is a favorite of hers and typically a safe choice . . . however the grits were dry, didn't taste fresh, and the sauce which was supposed to accompany the dish was very unevenly applied. the shrimp were ok and the sausage was also ok. my son ordered the steak frittes (sp?) as medium came to the table more like well done (almost no pink in the middle) without any seasoning at all . . . as if the chef had a long day and was no longer interested in delivering a superior meal. this is the 2nd time we've visited and the polar opposite of our first visit so we will give it another chance but for a $150 bill, we were all unimpressed. i ordered the burger which was good and fresh and everything that i've come to appreciate about the restaurant and it's sister/brother restaurant (the rossi) so no complaints about the burger. I think this is a note to the kitchen staff to keep going strong until the very end . . . even and perhaps especially for the late night diners. good vibes, great staff, good cocktails & wine list . . . but food quality is ultimately what we come to a restaurant for.

We went for the $1 oysters and my sons loved them.

Fantastic from start to finish. The place was humming and the service was perfect.

Busy and loud neighbor bar/restaurant. Excellent village salad. Pasta entrees were very good. Service was a little slow.

Great vibe in this place! We loved the range from American cuisine and to sushi. The server was very friendly and even made sure we took advantage of the happy hour that ended just as we sat down. Definitely would recommend the pot stickers!

We absolutely loved this spot - we had a couple of people over the years tell us this was one of their favorite restaurants in Columbus and we totally see why. We went for my sister in law’s birthday dinner and every part of the experience was positive. The service was great, casual and kind. They also have something for everyone - my brother got a massive pork chop that was amazing and the three of us got different kinds of sushi. Highly recommend the Mr. Miyagi roll with a side of spring rolls! We will definitely be back.
