The place smelled of sweat and the male employees had bad personal hygiene (visibly sweaty on a 60* F day) . I felt they had just came from the gym and did not care about their cleanliness. I made this comment to the employee who had serviced me and was ignored.If the management of this facility sees this comment, please ensure your employees are not emitting a foul body oder, and that they are clean. I will not be revisiting this establishment because of this.
Dropped into the smoothie king here in Louis Center first time visiting this place or any of the smoothie king franchises and I was pleasantly surprised.Place is very clean new very fast and efficient and delicious. I did notice that the strawberry kiwi angel food in a little angel they’ll look identical and really pretty much taste identical out of the five we got we got a Chocolata and that was the only one that seem different or taste the difference.This place seems to be popular the drive-through was about 10 cars deep and it seems to be pretty consistent.It does seem to be a bit on the pricey end but in today’s world here in America with the inflation going crazy I guess that’s just par for the courseI’d give it a four-star’s double thumbs up Dilley I didn’t like is that they won’t take cash they insist upon credit which I find that bothers him and I don’t like it

Excellent. I love smoothie king.. even if I do get the same thing every time ? the peanut power plus strawberry is sooooo good.The drive thru chick wasn’t friendly at all which was lame but at least I got exactly what I paid for and am satisfied with my smoothie.

Out of all the Smoothie Kings, this THE WORST ONE. Constantly ??ing up orders, even after you have to order twice because the inside is NEVER open. Never even try to let you use your “rewards” barcode. Then have the nerve to give out watery “smoothies” with my cup not even full. I’ma keep driving next time until I get the location on 23.
The people work there are extremely rude. They forget that they are working to serve customers and they are charging so much money as well. They don’t have any clue about how to make smoothie and they always ignore any instructions. They yell at customers. This happened consistently in the last several visits. Stay away from this place then only they will learn a lesson how to run the business
This is the WORST Smoothie King. The two times I have been here I was charged for 32 oz. smoothies when I ordered 20 oz. Both times the smoothies were watery like a melted milkshake. I always have to repeat my order & they still manage to mess it up. This one doesn’t compare to ANY smoothie king I have been to & I will not be back here.
