They take forever to finish smoothies if you're a drive-thru customer. I've currently been wait for my smoothie for the past 10 mins, and I was the only car in line. Finally, when my smoothie arrived, they didn't even apologize for the wait....
Great nutrition and service
My first time, I went in, and it was okay(other than the employees not knowing if there’s added sugar). Second time at this location was through the drive thru. I was the only one in line and from the looks of it, no one was inside either. I ordered, was asked to “pull up” and my order would come out. I waited over 15 minutes, I finally go in, with no one but the 4 employees in there. NOW, there’s a rush to get the orders out and another guy from the drive thru comes in asking about his order. I just asked for my refund and left without my order! Ill never come back!

1st time there and I loved it.
They act like putting half the ice in a smoothie for a customer is a criminal offense. We will no longer go to this smoothie king, too bad they were doing pretty well there for a while. Goodbye West point Plaza smoothie king! P.S. the weekend crew, is the worst!!!
Sipping on the watermelon smoothie right now as we speak! It’s so yummy. This is only my second time having smoothie king but now that I live close to one, definitely going to have to try them more often.
