Our server Kendrick did a great job! Restaurant was clean and welcoming. The Music is a little too loud to keep comfortable conversation tones. Overall food was good, my dad was happy with his ribs, and my kids both finished their plates. Would definitely come back!

Walked in and was disgusted. My husband loves Smokey Bones so I did not want to deprive him after I agreed to go. Decided to set at the bar and three servers were talking about their kids and looking at their phones. Without making eye contact and still talking the server puts two menus in front of us. I interrupt her to have her wipe the counter down. The entire bar area was a wreck. We waited 15 minutes to place our order while our server cut up lemons on the opposite side of the bar (BTW - we are the only people at the bar). She cuts her finger and becomes all drama like and finally takes our order with a finger that barely has the skin broken. The price of 1/3 rack of baby back ribs has gone up $9.00 since we were here last. Every person working here was clueless. It was a big social gathering for them. The manager walked around with his hands in his pockets looking dazed and confused. I know the talent poor is scarce right now but damn these people were awful. The entire restaurant was dirty. Instead of the staff socializing they could have bused the tables and swept the floor. My husband is lucky I love him.
Tessa is a wonderful server! Great place for a drink and dinner! Laid back and comfortable setting!
I was trying to avoid leaving a negative review ,however the manager never came to the phone when I called to get this issue resolved so…Positives:-The ladies were friendly and kind upon arrival-I was asked twice if I had been helped-Half of my order was great and extra sauce was added for meNegatives:-Although I chose curbside [email protected], had to go in after waiting about 15 minutes & it still wasn’t ready( waited inside for about 10 minutes)-My husband’s chocolate cake had an onion in it-Paid extra for shrimp and did not receive all of it-My steak was pink when I cut it open despite me requesting well done-We will never be returning to eat hereOverall three stars were knocked off because of the 3 main issues with the food
Cappuccino was our server and she was the sweetest. Food was amazing as im a huge BBQ fan. Will definitely be back!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Easton location. The waitress Jasmine was very attentive her customer service was really amazing. She paid especially attention to detail for my niece as it is her birthday. It was a really special experience and the food was extremely amazing. Highly recommend and will be back soon
