This is my second time in...This is a really cool place. We really the enjoyed our dinner at the Slurping Turtle. I had the chicken fried in duck fat ramen but I had the chili spice on the side which was awesome. Wifey had the stir fry with the shrimp. Baby girl had the Sunday morning role sushi. We had the squid as an appetizer. The food was awesome the service was really good.a really good place for a unique dinner

We hit them right at opening on a Sunday. The staff is super polite and the music was great 90's R&B. We started with the Snowbird and their take on an old fashioned with peach. Amazing! ? Next we went with sushi as the main course. Highly recommend the Pink Lady deluxe roll! The shrimp tempura roll and California roll were very fresh. Can't wait to come back!
First, I'm going to take a second to rave about one dish: the red curry ramen is unique and brought the same flavors as a thai curry -- subtle heat, sweetness, and creaminess, while maintainung a ramen consistency. The potato "chips" add some unexpected but pleasant crunch. Everything worked so well together, including the eggplant, which I'm normally not a fan of. This was one of the better ramen broths I've had. This place is definitely relevant/respectable for their sushi too -- not a huge variety, but it's quality. Their gyoza sauce was so tasty that I had it with my some of my sushi too. This is a very casual joint with tons of indoor and outdoor seating, good music playing, and relatively fast service. Slurping Turtle is one of Easton's gems!

Omg it was an awesome first time but it won’t be the last. The server we had was name Mario he had excellent customer service. The atmosphere was very inviting. Thanks for the wonderful service!!
First of I have to say this is an amazing place. Super friendly staff. I asked the sushi chef and the waitress if they like there jobs they both said yes enthusiastic way. It has very tall cellings and lots of room it was packed but seemed like a small wait. I sat at the sushi bar. I had the vegan red curry ramen it was super delicious and had lots of flavor. I recommend getting it. I had a Sapporo draft. Everything was decently priced. The person I was sitting next to said all there food was delicious. It seems like there doing it right here. My waitress name was Leah I recommend her. The noddles are home made and were super good not over cooked at all. This place I recommend for the hole family and also a place to bring a nice date. They had outdoor seating witch I'm try when it gets warmer out. I would give this place more then five stars
Everything was fantastic! Best Takoyaki I have ever had and the Ramen was on a similar level. I got the Duck Fat Fried Chicken bowl and next time I'm in, it will be a challenge to convince myself to try something else.
I felt it is a diamond in a rough, it was a pointless random pick that we went in just because there happened to be a parking spot right in front of it, everything else followed was extremely good surprise. Didn't realize it was a Japanese restaurant at all from outside -- the name wasn't ring a bell as Japanese nor any trace of Japanese deco seeing from outside. We went in, very clean and tidy, were happy to know Happy Hour just started and foods were half priced. When the foods came, they looked very attractive, the best part was each one of them (octopus ball, Raman, & sushi) tasted exceptionally amazing. The pork in the Raman was very tender and juicy, it's the best of the best among those we ordered, looked and tasted as authentic as we experienced in Tokyo awhile ago. Service was excellent. Still amazed me was I only saw one likely Japanese chef in their open kitchen, the rest of the twenty something crew were all American! I definitely will go back.
Great place to eat! Staff was absolutely amazing and food came out fairly quick. The restaurant was very clean and modern. Not to mention the food tasted absolutely amazing, I got the vegetarian option for ramen. It was a bit pricy but definitely worth it. This place is a must try!! I will be back.
