Not sure if they are in a rush but my “grilled” cheese wasn’t a grilled cheese. First time experiencing this place and kinda upset. The fries are amazing but this grilled cheese is embarrassing. Didn’t realize it was DIY grilled cheese
Service is SLOWER THAN A TURTLE & just terrible customer service. Bad experience All around . Stay away unless you don’t mind waiting for hours & rude & unorganized employees! I don’t even know how they are in business with the work ethic they have.

Now normally I don’t leave reviews but, I’m just in awe which this establishment. Mac and cheese was terrible…looked like scrambled eggs and tasted sour. Sweet potatoes were stringy and mashed. Over priced and they ought to be ashamed of themselves calling it soul food. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. I’m sorry but not worth my hard earned money.
The greens did something crazy to my taste buds literally the best I ever had and as far as the rest of my meal well it didn’t even make it home I damn near swallowed my food it was so good ?

This last visit wasn't that good. My order was partially incorrect and the replacement was partially correct, I still recommend their food. Their food is good, I've had it more than once.
The greens were wonderful. Seasoned just right. Not a fan of cinnamon in my sweet potatoes but they were okay. Ask for my fish to be fried hard and they did it (most places ignore that request Lol) Overall I really liked it and will be back.
