Ordered 3 adult chicken and burger sandwiches, 3 drinks and I chicken nugget meal. Total price $53. Waited a while, but food was hot and fresh. Service was great. Parking can be a pain, but there's a parking garage next door for $4 every hour.
I never do this but today my wife and I tried Shake Shack at Easton Town Center. This was our first time ever eating at this restaurant. The staff was rude, the ketchup dispenser was filthy and broken and when we asked if they had ketchup, the employee just pointed at a nasty box on the counter filled with ketchup packs. The food was extremely over priced for what you get, the tables were dirty. Simply put save yourself 50% and go to Burger King which is also gross but at least you don’t have to pay insane prices for cold food served in a dirty restaurant by employees that would rather be making TikTok videos.
Friendly staff. Nice and cold with the AC. Wait time is not bad at all. A very nice and small Shake Shack.
Our first visit to Shake Shack. The hot dog, burgers, and mushroom sandwich all tasted great. We all wish we had gotten the fries without cheese sauce, or with it on the side. The cheese sauce was not great, and was cold and too thick by the time we got our order. The fries without cheese sauce were crisp and delicious. Two of us tried the specialty shakes. They were too sweet, and who wants to chew a shake? The regular shake was our winner.
This is like a new age steak and shake. The food was meh at best and it tasted like Wendy’s. We got two burgers one of them didn’t come ordered correctly. Missed a side of sauce. One of the drinks were completely wrong. Staff was decent. Two of the ordering machines were down.
I love shake shack and I don’t eat pork. Ordered a shack stack to go and got something with tons of bacon on it instead, I paid cash since I had no money on my card and it was too far to drive back and they don’t even have a phone number you can call for something like this. Really inconsiderate to serve pork to someone who didn’t order it and may not be ok with eating it and not even be reachable.
Shake Shack is always great. All 3 touch screen kiosks were non-operational, but I didn't mind since there was an employee ready to take my order swiftly. The food came out quick and hot as well. The bathroom is located in another joint which is connected by a door to the dining room, but it was a nice bathroom with good music playing which I found amusing. I would recommend this location for sure.
The shroom burger was delish! Hands down the best I've ever had and this was with delivery so I'm sure eating it fresh is even better. It's a hearty alternative to beef burger. As always, Shake Shack milkshakes never fails to delight. ???
Postmate driver messed up and delivered the wrong order. Called Shake Shack and they answered immediately. Told them the issue and said they would remake the order for free if I could come pick it up. No problem. Food was ready when I got there and they were cool about it. Appreciate the service. Food is great.
Besides the shakes never came, and that could be door dash, food size vs price is ridiculous. 6 dollar grilled cheese and 4 dollar hot dog. Pics of what we ordered and what we got. Now, food was decent tasting once you get past the grease. I have never google commented before in my life. Huge pass
