My fiancé and I absolutely loved everything we ordered! We went in for shakes, but ended up getting regular drinks and fries, too! The sugar cookie shake was amazing! The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. I will hopefully be going back tomorrow!
Shake shack is amazing! Was so excited when a location opened locally.Burgers and fries are great, you can't go wrong with any of them. But the shakes is where they really excell. They have a limited and somewhat basic selection but what they do offer are by far the best milkshakes you will find anywhere

Food was made well. I appreciate the option for a GF bun. The restaurant was clean. There isn't a lot of seating so it can get tight in there with all the people. The milkshakes according to my children were good. My husband felt the whole place wasn't as good for what we paid. I definitely think the price could be lowered for food quality.
My order came out quick and tasted fine. However, at the time of picking up the order, it seemed like my order was completed wrong since i did not see avocado on the burger I ordered. The lady at the front was very nice about it and quickly responded she would have my burger replaced. She went to let the guy at the back know and he had a terrible and childish reaction. There ended up being the smallest piece of avocado on my burger which I would have been fine with but the reaction from the kid in the back absolutely ruined the entire experience. Shake Shack is great- but avoiding this location going forward due to terrible customer experience from that ONE individual.Updated: my daughter and I did not feel well about 15-20 minutes after eating. She ended up throwing up minutes after not feeling well.
This is a really busy location at Easton mall. Ordering your emailWas really easy at the self order kiosk. You receive and email immediately that your food was ready. This was incorrect. Our wait turned into 30 min. I would suggest that the system is fixed to reflect an accurate pick up time of your food. Our food was a 4 out of 5.
The portions are a bit smaller than I remember, and my milkshake got to me already liquified. They also removed the peanut butter shake which was my favorite thing on the menu. Otherwise, The line was fast, and the location was very clean. My food was very tasty. Try the chicken sandwich!
The food tasted really good. I am plenty happy with that; however, it really is outrageously over-priced. $50 for 3 burgers, 2 fries, 3 small shakes.Again, tasted really good....just too expensive for what it is.
I was looking forward to giving it a try after hearing the hype. While the line to order via kiosk only took a couple of minutes to pass, it took 30 minutes from order to pickup of our food. For what it was, this was highly disappointing. The food was fine but a 30 minute wait is just unreasonable for what you get. It felt a bit expensive but not terrible. I can't say that we will go back again.
It was my first time and it was good! The burgers and fries were fresh. The manager had a street performer come in to do some entertaining drumming. ...but those chicken bites... ? ? ? they taste like southern inspired seasoned and fried chicken!!! Very good! Chicken...yep giving chic filet and raisin canes a serious run for their money!! The sauces were eh...basic commercial such cups...that chicken needs no sauce!
